Great Stay

Space is very easy to get to with great parking. Clean and well equipped. The “babbling brook” sounds from the window in the living room were very pleasant. Great coffee! Would recommend for a couple or single person.

The host was really responsive with any questions that we had. The place was decent, but didn’t feel very clean. The mini fridge had a pool of water underneath it upon arrival, and while cleaning it up we found a giant spider on the counter. We figured it was just the one, and went about our vacation. In total, we had to kill 5 LARGE spiders. I think this place would be fine if you were staying for a night, maybe two. It has a really pretty view, but unfortunately the room with the nice view is where we kept finding spiders. It could be really nice if it was updated a bit more, and cracks were filled in to avoid bugs everywhere.

Hi, thank you for your comment about spiders in the sun room. We will look k to how we can prevent spiders from entering the house. Just to note, we are next to the creek and late summer is when spiders are most active and enters the house.

GREAT Host, Fantastic Location, & Cozy Apartment

Andrew is friendly and responsive. The apartment is conveniently located near Lake Washington, the Link train, Edmunds Beach, and the Kingston Ferry. The apartment is equipped with everything one would need and is clean & tidy. We will definitely stay there again when we visit family next year.

It was a comfortable stay! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The bus stop it right in front. Just a note: dont use more than one appliance at a time or the power will go out. Other than that, it was cozt.

The place was fine for our one night stay. I would not want to stay there for a longer period of time. There were three of us. The futon was very uncomfortable. We were unable to watch TV because the cable box was removed. The place was clean and simplistically decorated. The grounds were lovely and it was quiet. We did not have much contact with the host. I said hello and goodbye. Laurie spoke with him a while longer because he had chickens and she has chickens.
