This is a cozy, welcoming MIL suite with a separate entry and renovated bathroom, new floor, new windows, and newly installed separate heaters. Easy access to I-5 (5 min) and Lake Washington & Burke Gilman Trail within a walking distance. There's a bus stop right in front of the house, too.

Enjoyed being out of the hustle of downtown Seattle but close enough to enjoy it. Easy to find and not to far from the main highway. Bed was comfortable and nice place for what we needed for this trip. Coffee was a nice treat. Traffic was our biggest issue but that is expected with big cities. We did a lot of traveling to all the sights possible in and around Seattle. There is way too much to do in this area and see so we will be back and would use this same place if available.

There is cute restaurant a short walk away. Convenient location near Highway 5 which is the thorough fare for getting to and from many different neighborhoods in the Seattle area.

Space is very easy to get to with great parking. Clean and well equipped. The “babbling brook” sounds from the window in the living room were very pleasant. Great coffee! Would recommend for a couple or single person.

GREAT Host, Fantastic Location, & Cozy Apartment

Andrew is friendly and responsive. The apartment is conveniently located near Lake Washington, the Link train, Edmunds Beach, and the Kingston Ferry. The apartment is equipped with everything one would need and is clean & tidy. We will definitely stay there again when we visit family next year.
