The contemporary open kitchen opens onto the living room. 2 worktops, polished concrete, all comfort, large choice of small appliances robots, classic coffee maker, senseo. Bathroom, 2 trendy basins, corner bath. 3 bedrooms with 1 bed 160 for 2 people, 2 rooms with 2 beds 140 for 4 pers. That's a total of 6 people.
A convertible sofa can be two extra beds for children for example summer or 8 beds

Schöne Lage mit Abstrichen an der Unterkunft

Das Objekt ist sehr schön in den Bergen gelegen und nicht weit zum Strand und zur Stadt mit einem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung ist offensi ist etwaschtlich auch für Gruppen bis 8 Personen gedacht. Die Sauberkeit ist nur mittelmäßig. Die Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich sind mit vielen Überwurfdecken ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist zusammen gewürfelt. Man muss beim Einzug und beim Auszug die Ferienwohnung putzen. Offensichtlich wird dann aber nicht mehr nachgeputzt. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und gibt viele Tipps für Unternehmungen.

Preciosa y tranquila casa muy cerca de San Juan de Luz

Fui con mi familia durante el puente de diciembre. Patricia fue muy amable y nos explicó como llegar a la casa además de esperarnos a la llegada. Nos dio un montón de recomendaciones de la zona. La casa y la zona es una maravilla y está muy bien equipada. La casa no es totalmente independiente pero tienes tú propia entrada y espacio. Totalmente recomendable. Para repetir en verano que debe ser aún más bonito. Gracias!

En plus d'être très sympathique, d'avoir une superbe maison, avec une magnifique vue sur Urrugne la mer,,, et le phare de Biarritz ,,, Patricia nousxa fait partagé une partie de son passé, dans cette bâtisse famiale,, ou certains objets ou meubles m'ont rappelé ceux de mes grands parents en Corse où dans les Pyrénées..... Merci pour cette belle expérience,,, a bientôt...

Schönes Appartement mit super Blick und Top Lage

Das Appartement liegt im ersten Stock eines Dreiparteien Hauses auf einem wunderschön gepflegten Grundstück. Man hat vom Balkon einen herrlichen Blick auf die Küste und das Vorland. Nur wenige Minuten von Hendaye entfernt liegt die Unterkunft in einer super Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge sowohl in Frankreich als auch in Spanien.

Accueil chaleureux. Très beau gîte typique, situé dans un cadre magnifique, avec une belle vue sur le Pays Basque et à proximité immédiate des plages de St Jean de Luz, Biarritz, Bayonne et de l'Espagne. Calme, propreté, douceur de vivre sont au rendez-vous. A recommander sans réserve !

Après une longue route, que c'est agréable d'arriver dans une belle propriété comme Peroch Baïta ! Nous avions une place de parking, et quel beau jardin !!!! L'accueil de la propriétaire a été exemplaire. La découverte du logement était sans surprise, correspondant tout à fait aux photos. De la location la vue est superbe sur la campagne basque avec au loin le bleu de la mer du golfe de Gascogne. Le soir c'est sympa de voir le phare de Biarritz qui illumine la cote. Les nuits sont très calmes et la literie neuve et super confortable. Nous avons bien dormi. Ce fut une bonne semaine de Vacances. Nous recommandons cette location tant pour l'intérieur, le jardin et l'accueil. Nous avons aussi apprécié les bons conseils de Mme Echeveste pour la découverte de la région. Nous y reviendrons, il y a tant a voir ! a bientôt et merci
