Nice Villa in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca. 5 minute walk to nearest supermarket and restaurants and bars.(El Lagar de Baco restaurant was very good). Villa was comfortable with a lovely pool ( we paid for pool heating which was great ). Good sun loungers.Shaded area for sitting out. 30 minute walk to the excellent Marina via very pleasant promenade. Lots of nice restaurants and bars Instructions and videos to get to Villa and parking space very good and helpful.Excellent customer service. I contacted them on two occasions on a couple of queries and had immediate replies and prompt action.Having your own car would be helpful but there were local bus stops just a few minutes walk away and also taxis.Overall , very enjoyable holiday , excellent value and sad to leave.

Schönes Haus, aber nicht sehr gepflegt

Das Haus liegt schön, nahe an den Papagayo-Stränden und mit einigen Bars und Restaurants, sowie einem Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Der Pool ist schön und kann beheizt werden, allerdings ist die Einstellung der Wärmepumpe etwas eigenartig, da sie bei etwa 25 Grad einschaltet und dann über 2-3 Tage dauernd heizt bis auf fast 33 Grad. Man hat also schwankende Pooltemperaturen. Leider lief bei unserer Ankunft die Spülmaschine nicht und das Geschirr der Vorgänger war darin nicht gespült. Der Service hatte das also nicht ausreichend geprüft. Das warme Wasser in der Küche floss auch sehr langsam, so dass man Wasser aus dem Bad holen musste, um zu spülen. Nach einer Mail an Joana vom Service kam umgehend ein Techniker, der das Wasser und die Spülmaschine zum Laufen brachte. Leider tropfte das Wasser dann auch in den Schrank unter der Spüle. Im Haus fehlt es an Besteck und Tassen, so dass man die Spülmaschine nicht wirklich nutzen kann. Für 6 Personen wäre vieles nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Auflagen für die Stühle und Liegen wären auch schön. Bei 2 Wochen Aufenthalt kommt zwischendurch kein Putzservice und die Bettwäsche muss selbst gewechselt werden. Fazit: ein schönes Haus in guter Lage, das einen besseren Service und eine bessere Ausstattung verdient.

schönes Haus mit Mängeln

Alle Türen klemmen; die Blendläden kann nur ein Mann zuziehen, da die Laufschienen total verrostet sind; in der Küche gibt es ein Miniameisenproblem bis in den Kühlschrank; schöne Terrasse, super Pool. Leider wird trotz Bezahlung die Temperatur immer heruntergestellt; wem 26-27 Grad reichen, ist das perfekt. Küche hat alles, was man braucht; Mobiliar ist alt und abgewohnt, aber die Betten sind in Ordnung. Kontakt ist super freundlich, solange man nichts zu beanstanden hat. Dann wird es etwas pampig. Die Reinigung alle 7 Tage kann schon mal 10 Tage werden. 10 Minuten einschl. Betten beziehen. Jede Hausfrau weiß, was das bedeutet. Terrasse, auch die kleine, auf der man frühstückt, wird gar nicht gereinigt. Wir waren 4 Wochen da. Wechselhandtücher sind keine da. Kommen die alle 10 Tage zum Reinigen, muss man auch die Handtücher solange benutzen, was nicht sehr hygienisch ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zum Supermarkt sind es 200 Meter. Will man zur Marina oder gar nach Playa Blanca ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Der Fernseher muss gefühlte 30mal nach dem Einschalten neu gestartet werden. Wenn man Glück hat läuft er dann den Abend durch. X-mal gemeldet, hat aber keinen gestört. Also eine halbe Stunde vor z.B. den Nachrichten anfangen den Fernseher einzuschalten.

Zona tranquila, cerca de playa papagayo, a 5 minutos en coche del un super, 15 minutos a pie por el paseo marítimo hasta puerto Rubicon...la villa muy bien,tiene todo lo necesaria para que tú estancia sea cómoda y agradable. La piscina maravillosa... La temperatura perfecta y le da el sol todo el día. Y con Jorge encantados, siempre disponible y aclarando todas las dudas... Unas vacaciones para repetir!
