The delightful private courtyard on which the building overlooks has tables and chairs laid out in the shade of big garden umbrellas. The building also has a common area with concierge (10AM – 5.30PM, no weekends), furnished with elegant sofas and with a view of the canal from the palace water entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor, raised by 3 steps and safe from high waters. The bright and spacious living area has a splendid view of the green inner courtyard and consists of a dining with a relax corner with modern sofa and armchairs. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from it by a sliding door. An archway gives you access to the bedroom area: 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is ensuite) with shower cabin and marble finishing.
