The ground floor serves as the main social hub of the property, featuring a generously sized living room, a dedicated dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining table. From the kitchen, you can step directly onto the patio, ideal for outdoor meals in a relaxed setting. The terrace, measuring 24 m2, is accessible from multiple areas of the property and offers beautiful views of the sea.

On the ground floor, the master bedroom is appointed with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as direct access to the terrace. A second double bedroom is also located on this level. Please note that 1 of the double bedrooms is situated outside of the main apartment.
