About this property

Gîte "La Grande Touline", on the GR34, 600 m from the Gulf of Morbihan

Our cottage is located in the pretty hamlet of Meriadec, 600 m from the Gulf of Morbihan and its coastal paths. We rent from Saturday to Saturday and we also accept Holiday vouchers!

The gîte "La Grande Touline" is classified 3 stars in the French national classification and three keys with "Clévacances" of which we are members. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with private shower and toilet.
Our cottage also benefits from an ideal setting, in a peaceful and rural environment and has a large, private, wooded garden. The GR 34 passes in front of the house.

We offer a cottage of 150 M2 with large living room of 70 M2, fully equipped American kitchen and 3 double bedrooms, including one bedroom on the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with their own bathroom (one bedroom with bath, two bedrooms with shower).
Single storey terrace with the living room, facing south, on the large private garden with trees and 2 parking spaces on the property. Veranda, Mezzanine.
The accommodation is equipped with central heating and all the comforts: TV, WiFi, Wood stove, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, MO oven, baby equipment and ironing equipment.
One kilometer to the north is the pretty village of Baden, which offers all amenities. The immediate environment also offers riding school, 18-hole golf course, tennis, water sports.

It is possible to subscribe to optional services:
- cleaning fee: € 80 (cleaning of the oven, stove and barbecue remains at your expense)
- bed linen rental: 20 € per bed and per set. In this case, the beds are prepared for your arrival
- bathroom linen rental: € 9 per set

The prices on this site (Homelidays / Abritel) include the electricity, heating, water and TV / wifi package.

Meriadec is located in the heart of the remarkable sites of southern Brittany: L’île aux Moines, the medieval port of Saint Goustan, the historic city of Vannes and its ramparts, the shuttles to Belle-île, Houat…, La Trinité and its beaches, the almost island of Quiberon and Carnac ...

Schönes Familienhaus in Baden

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem geräumigen Haus mit wunderschönem Garten verbracht. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreicht. Die Wanderwege entlang des Golfe du Morbihan liegen quasi vor der Haustür. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gibt super Ausflugtipps. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wunderschönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus. Es verfügt über alles, was man in einem Urlaub im der Bretagne benötigt. Sauber, gepflegt und in einem tollen Zustand. Entspannung pur!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für kleinere und größere Fahrradtouren geeignet. Im Ort gibt es eine sehr gute Boulangerie und eine modernen Supermarkt. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend, um den Golf von Morbihan zu erkunden, aber auch um Exkursionen in andere Teile der Bretagne zu machen. Christophe ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und überaus angenehmer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille très agréable dans ce gite très bien positionné pour de superbes ballades dans le golfe du Morbihan et le long du GR34. Entspannter Urlaub in der Bretagne

Wir waren mit Hund zum ersten Mal in der Bretagne. Das Haus war für uns mit 3 Schlafzimmern eigentlich viel zu groß und wir haben daher auch nur die untere Etage genutzt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet & das alles, sprich Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch in einem Raum sind, war für uns perfekt. Wir haben viele schöne Wanderungen auf dem Küstenwanderweg unternommen, sowohl in der näheren Umgebung, wie auch auf anderen Abschnitten des Wanderwegs. Bei Problemen mit dem Internet & kurzzeitigen Stromausfall war Christophe per Handy stets erreichbar und konnte die Ursache schnell klären (Wartungsarbeiten im Ort). Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem kleinen Ort Mériadec sehr genossen. Merci beaucoup Christophe :-)

Helles, sehr geräumiges Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Der Küstenwanderweg ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Günstige Lage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, viele interessante Ziele in der Nähe. Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Garten ist super. Im.Haus fehlt es an nichts, auch wenn die Ausstattung insgesamt (Betten und Küche) schlichter ist, als die Beschreibung und der Preis vermuten lassen. Für die hohen Reinigungskosten von 80 EUR hätte es etwas sauberer sein sollen bei unserer Ankunft. Schade ist auch, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nochmal extra kosten, das kennen wir nicht (zumindest nicht in der Höhe) von anderen Objekten. Die Lage ist prima, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
