"Le Grand Gite", Gîte de la Touline, on the GR 34, 600 m from the Gulf of Morbihan

Our cottage is located in the pretty hamlet of Meriadec, 600 m from the Gulf of Morbihan and its coastal paths. We rent from Saturday to Saturday and we also accept Holiday vouchers!

The gîte "La Touline" is classified 3 stars in the French national classification and three keys with "Clévacances" of which we are members. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Our cottage also benefits from an ideal setting, in a quiet and rural environment and has a large private garden with trees. The GR 34 passes in front of the house.
Our two lodgings of 4 and 6 people are modular and can be grouped into a single large lodge of 10 people, coherent at the functional level: the two living rooms can communicate directly by a double door, preserving any noise annoyance when they are closed and the two gardens can also be connected by a gate. Large living room of 70 m2, fully equipped American kitchen. The furniture is largely sized to bring together 10 people (table, chairs, etc.). A second living room of 25 m2 communicates directly with the first, with a second fully equipped kitchen. Five double bedrooms, including three bedrooms on the ground floor, each equipped with its private bathroom and WC.
3 parking spaces on the property. 2 single-storey terraces with living rooms (facing south and east), veranda, mezzanine, wood stove, 2 TV, Wifi, 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, baby equipment, ironing equipment, central heating everywhere

One kilometer to the north is the pretty village of Baden, which offers all amenities. The immediate environment also offers riding school, 18-hole golf course, tennis, water sports.

It is possible to subscribe to optional services:
- cleaning fee: € 135 (cleaning of the oven, stove and barbecue is your responsibility)
- bed linen rental: 20 € per bed and per set. In this case, the beds are prepared for your arrival
- bathroom linen rental: € 9 per set

The prices on this site (Homelidays / Abritel) include the electricity, heating, water and TV / wifi package.
