Completely restored, it enjoys a strategic position a few steps from Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori and the historic center: Trinità dei Monti and one of the most famous shopping streets (Via Condotti, Via Borgognona, Via Frattina, Via del Corso).
We provide our guests with the necessary linen for the holiday (sheets, towels), if during the stay you want an additional cleaning with linen change is possible at the rate of € 100)
The three double rooms, elegantly furnished and equipped with private bathroom with shower, will make you feel at home, the soundproof windows will allow you to sleep peacefully.

Clean and roomy apartment in the perfect location!

My family of four and my mom just stayed in this apartment and we were blown away. Super roomy - with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms it made sharing living quarters on vacation incredibly easy and convenient. The location couldn’t be beat either, super close to Piazza Navona as well as tons of great shopping and restaurants around. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed, would highly recommend staying here!

Seamless experience, great location

Centrally located in a charming part of old Rome but on the 3rd floor and the streets aren't too noisy. Perfect home base for exploring the city and doing all the tourist things. Unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Beautiful Apartment in Amazing Location

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. The apartment is very clean and in a lovely building in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere, even to the Vatican, and the neighborhood is full of wonderful restaurants and shops.

IKEA and Pinterest meet Rome

The property is essentially all new inside as if you were in a new apartment in Chicago. That made us feel at home but outside the building you are immediately in a very trendy neighborhood with lots of nightlife, restaurants, and attractions. If you’re traveling with three couples (or two kids), this place is perfect and a good value.

Nicely upgraded apartment in great central location

The apartment was clean and nicely updated and is located in an excellent location. The air conditioning was not cooling properly the day we arrived so we had a difficult time sleeping on our first night due to the hot weather, but the property manager fixed it the next day and we greatly enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Perfect location and high end Rome apartment.

Stayed for 3 nights and was able to walk everywhere except for the Vatican. Many great restaurants close by and coffee shops for your morning jolt. Always use VRBO home and this one is with the top ones!

Perfect apartment in a great location

We had an outstanding stay in Rome at this nice, modern apartment. The check-in process and communication were great. The neighborhood where this is located is lively with nice restaurants and it is walkable to all the major sites in central Rome. Highly recommend.

Great stay in fantastic location

We stayed here for one week with our 3 teenagers. This flat was great: plenty of room, walking distance to major attractions, and great restaurants and shops nearby. Three bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a shower. Well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms have hairdryers. We did laundry in the washer/dryer. The responsiveness of the hosts was fantastic. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the heaters down (it was warmer than expected) and they sent someone out within 15 minutes to help. The hosts also helped arrange private transportation to the train station and to and from the airport for a reasonable rate. There were several small grocery stores nearby so we stocked up in wine, cheese and snacks for our stay. There were wonderful restaurants just steps away. We never had a bad meal and we had gelato every day!! Can’t recommend this place enough!!! By the way, I was a bit hesitant since there weren’t many reviews. But I’m so happy we stayed here. I highly recommend it and would stay here again!!

Perfect location in Rome

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. The location was ideal with many lovely restaurants and shops close by. The apartment was perfect with three bedrooms, each with their own modern bathrooms. Clearly very recently renovated and very tastefully done. Work every penny!

Fantastic Apartment in Perfect location!

We stayed at the apartment for a family trip to Rome. The apartment was spacious giving all five of us ample room to sleep in the three bedrooms, and offering a place for us to all spend time together in the living room. You can not beat the location! As the listing says, it’s very close to Piazza Navona. There was literally no where we went in Rome we weren’t able to walk. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible!

What a fabulous home away from home! Fantastic neighborhood, extremely comfortable, well appointed apartment with everything you need to ease into a Roman holiday. Sarah and Francesca are completely accessible and very helpful, which makes your trip seamless. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Rome.
