This 4 bed 2 bathtown house in Vale de Parra has garden views and isequipped withfree Wi-Fi,flat screen TV. The equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave. The property benefits from the use of a communaloutdoor swimming pool and a garden. The property also has barbecue. Bed linen and bath towels are included. Beach towels are not provided.Air-conditioning all bedrooms. 2 loft bedrooms have low height ceilings, these are only suitable for young children. Vale de Parra is ideal for those looking for the quieter side of the Algarve but still close to the action. The lively resort of Albufeira is approximately 9km away and some of the Algarve’s finest beaches are within easy reach of Vale de Parra. There are anumber of good restaurants in the area and the popular Zoomarine theme park is around a ten minutes drive. Those looking to play golf will find the Salgados Golf Course is not too far away!AL License No. 22803/ALTourist tax is paid direct to Albufeira council & not included in the rental cost. This property can not accept all male or all female groups, third-party bookings or guests attending any outdoor music festival e.g. Afro-Nation or Rolling Loud. Any bookings made under these conditions will be cancelled. Lead guest must be 25+ years of age.

amazing holidays

The property was beautiful and so clean. The location was perfect for us, quiet and 2 minute walk to supermarket and to Ocean is a 20-25 min walk to amazing Gale Beach. If you prefer go to beach by car is not a problem with free parknig. The pool was fantastic and clean. Booking process so easy and agent was very helpfull. Obiekt był piękny i czysty. Lokalizacja była dla nas idealna, cicha i 2 minuty spacerem do supermarketu, a do oceanu jest 20-25 minut spacerem do niesamowitej plaży Gale. Jeśli wolisz pojechać na plażę samochodem, nie ma problemu z bezpłatnym parkingiem. Basen był fantastyczny i czysty Proces rezerwacji był tak łatwy, a agent był bardzo pomocny. Kind Regards Tomek
