Short walk to Ocean Grove's charming shops and eateries and the Historic Great Auditorium, and NY bus. Less than 5-minute drive to park and ride train station.

Six-room apartment, painted in pastel beach shades in a great location! Located on corner of Cookman Avenue and Pilgrim Pathway, 3 Short Blocks to Beach. At the end of the block heading east is a fenced playground, tennis and pickleball court, and shuffleboard courts -- all next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans and a fountain. One more block and you're at the beach!

Includes SECURED HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION and Cable TV in three rooms.

A/C units in living room and all bedrooms through September. 3 rooms also have ceiling fans. WASHER-DRYER in apartment. Large refrigerator with ice-maker and DISHWASHER.

PLEASE NOTE -- I want my guests to have a great stay, but if you are looking for a wild crazy time, this is not the house for you – and probably not the town for you.
Guests need to be respectful of neighbors and the property and not be loud or rowdy. No partying, drugs, drunkenness, or under-age drinking.
No smoking or vaping on the premises.

Layout: On first floor are living room with queen sleep sofa, dining room, bedroom with full bed, large eat-in kitchen and bathroom. Two more bedrooms on second floor -- one with queen bed, other with two twin beds.

Large front porch with rocking chairs and picnic table. Smaller side porch with gas barbecue grill off kitchen.

Front door leads to entryway with hooks and shelves for beach gear, etc. A second door provides entrance to apartment.
Some beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella are provided, as are books, games, and videos (for both children and adults), with more available upon request.

Well-behaved small to medium size dogs generally allowed. $150/pet fee per stay - to be added to rental quote or deducted from damage deposit. Non-aggressive breeds and temperaments only. MUST BE APPROVED in advance in writing by owner.

Guests must provide full name, home address, and cell phone number upon request.

FURNISHED YEAR-ROUND RENTAL Available starting Mid-September or October 1st.

We had a wonderful stay. The homeowner was very accommodating. The location was great. Very close to beach & boardwalk so nice for getting to beach & morning and evening strolls. Also easy walk to Main Street shops, restaurants & a great ice cream place. Also our large group enjoyed coffee on the porch in morning.

Great stay and value!

My family and I spent a few days here and had a great time. Home is clean, quiet and very convenient to the beach. Lynn was super accommodating and an excellent host. Rare to find a 3 bedroom home for this price so close to the beach at the Jersey Shore. Highly recommend it.

Short visit to paradise

Lynn is very attentive and informative. The property is a few blocks from the beach, restaurants and shop. The house is well maintained. Having one bathroom was tough but for short visits it’s doable.

A perfect beach getaway!

You absolutely cannot go wrong - perfect location, spotlessly clean, three full bedrooms, plenty of space for our family to hang out, lovely porch, everything you need for your beach stay from towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards. The kitchen was fully stocked, street parking was plentiful, and Lynn is friendly and helpful. We can't wait until next year!

Watch out for this property!

The property has good space but is quite dated. The property owner is a busy-body and always around. During my stay the property owner asserted undisclosed guest fees even though the listing says it accomodates 8 people, the owner insisted on charging me a $20 per person extra, undisclosed fee. Notwithstanding my noting that the fees were not disclosed the owner seized my property damage deposit to cover her alleged fees. I am in dispute with the owner over same.

Lovely time in ocean grove

Our family enjoyed our time staying at Lynn’s rental. She was very helpful and the location is an easy walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more.

lovely winter visit at the beach

My family and I enjoyed our visit very much. Our daughter's family slept upstairs in two rooms with our three year old granddaughter. My husband and I took the small bedroom downstairs next to the living room. We took advantage of the well-stocked kitchen, with every conceivable cooking requirement. There were lots of books and games, including beach pails, that amused our granddaughter. We enjoyed the cold but sunny weather at the nearby playground and beach , just a block away. Late November is a peaceful time of the year for a coastal vacation.

The property was perfectly comfortable, filled with anything you need as far as entertainment, beach necessities, and kitchen supplies. Great location and great host

We booked last minute and Lynn was super helpful and extremely responsive. The property is an easy walk to the beach and a short walk to the more bustling boardwalk and restaurants in Asbury Park. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch and Lynn even sent us a charger we left behind. Recommended.

Big, roomy place with a good sized kitchen and family and dining area. ACs in all rooms.

We would stay there again. It was an older house but fit our needs and I seem to like the older house characters, they are much more roomier. Plenty of room in the kitchen for us to cook in and do laundry while sitting and chatting. We all seemed to sleep well and had plenty to do with everything in walking range. I love Ocean Grove and would love there if I could. The people are friendly and we felt safe walking around even at night. Great town to bike ride in also. It was off season but we come from an area where Vit D is commonly deficient. We all could feel the difference being in the sun. Great photography area also. I love the history.

Cute house and fantastic location

Perfect location for us. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants, ice cream, Asbury Pk train are all within walking distance. Several supermarkets are a short drive away. Our host loaded the house with board games, books and video tapes. It was a humid weekend, but we only used the AC briefly to dehumidify. Otherwise the house stayed cool. Contact with Lynn was easy and responsive. We were a group of 3 adult couples and really appreciated the peace and quiet!

Great location and wonderful beach

The apartment is in walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and a playground. Everything you need (sheets, towels and kitchen supplies) is provided to make staying there worry-free. Really enjoyed my first visit to Ocean Grove and will definitely return.

Great House, Great Owner

This house is perfect, within walking distance of a market, shops, and the beach/boardwalk. Super cute and well cared for. Owner Lynn was incredibly conscientious and attentive to every detail - when she realized an outlet had stopped working, she delivered an extension cord to us! Price is right, and if you get stuck with a rainy day, she's got games and videos. Also has lots of gear you can borrow for the beach. Would definitely rent this place again.
