Great communication & location

Overall my group enjoyed our stay. Zoe was extremely communicative. House was clean and there were even some new appliances. Location was fantastic- walking distance from the beach and a couple of well known bars. Would stay again!

Nice older beach house with a great location between the ocean and Lake Como. We hosted our family Thanksgiving dinner here. We cooked everything in the kitchen, it was very well equipped so we didn't need most of the extra equipment we brought. One recommendation if you have a lot of devices, bring a 3-to-2 prong outlet adapter, most rooms only have 2 prong outlets. Overall we had a great time at a reasonable cost. Zoe was a thoughtful host who left us a little gift, and since her instructions were clear we never had a reason to contact her during our stay.

Great Stay!

Great location in Belmar! Comfortable home away from home while we visited with family that live nearby. Loved that the owner provides everything you need to make your stay easy. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels were great. I imagine having the long driveway is a big help during the busy summer months. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Zoe! It was great working with you!
