Hello, Thank you for the review! We take your comments regarding the busted springs in the couch and the dark lighting very seriously. We will be launching an immediate review of the apartment's condition and will make the necessary repairs and updates. We also sincerely apologize for the awful sewage smell in the hallways and elevator. We have already addressed this with the building's management. We are also sorry to hear that you experienced a non-working freestanding fan and a showerheadthat sprays everywhere. Our maintenance team has already been dispatched to check the unit and address these issues. Regarding the air conditioner, we see that the issue was solved the next day after we received the message, as you were texting us after our working hours. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. Regarding the windows, they are shown in the pictures, and the apartment corresponds to the pictures. Regarding the lighting and the linen, we did not receive any complaints previously, but we thank you for the comment and will see how we can improve these aspects. Best regards, Habitat Apartments
