It has sea views and is located a short distance from the beach, (a sandy beach with transparent waters). Phoenician Villa is Ideal for holidays with family or friends. It is located in Son Parc, an exclusive urbanization north of the island where you can enjoy the only golf course.

Fantástico¡¡¡¡

La casa está ubicada en un lugar excepcional. Muy Tranquila y con la playa de Son Saura accesible caminando a menos de 5 minutos. Las terrazas son maravillosas y hay que reseñar la amplitud del salón, cocina y habitaciones. Pedro, el propietario, estuvo a la altura de la villa. Próximo, amable, educado y atento a cualquier solicitud o sugerencia. Absolutamente recomendable¡¡¡¡¡¡
