Fantastic villa with amazing views

This villa is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in, amazing views over the port, beautiful little pool to cool off in and it’s split over lots of different levels with different seating areas, really great. Isabelle was an excellent host, responding quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent property. Five generous air-conditioned bedrooms. Modern feel with polished concrete floors and new bathrooms. The best we have stayed in in the local area and would definitely stay there again.

Emplacement idéal au Nord de l’île dans un charmant port naturel face à la réserve naturelle. Calme et paisible. La maison est très bien équipée, climatisée et spacieuse avec une vue à couper le souffle. Une salle de bain et un toilette dans chacune des 5 chambres : cela est très appréciable !Nous avons adoré le Nord de l’île plus sauvage et moins touristique : Fornells et ses plages pour le surf, le cap de Cavalleria et ses petites criques (Viola et Pregonda). Mais nous n’étions pas loin de la capitale à 20 minutes et du charmant village de Es Castell. Nous avons quand même fait quelques plages au Sud (il faut compter 50 minutes de route jusqu’à la cala En Turqueta) : magnifique mais beaucoup de monde et la visite de Ciutadella. Nous reviendrons !!!

Great location, shame about the layout of the villa which means access to upper rooms is external and the dining area is too small for the tables and chairs provided. We were disappointed with the little things. No pool towels and room towels poor quality. Not sufficient toilet rolls provided and to have a broken bottle opener is also a small thing that means a lot. We enjoyed our stay, but a few small improvements would give a much better sense of value for money.

Lovely views, quiet location, great property.

well presented, clean and with plenty of sitting areas in the shade and sunshine. Fantastic views across the sea to the islands. The villa is in a peaceful location. A quiet area overall with few tourists. We liked it very much and would choose to come back. Both the owner and housekeeping arrangements were excellent with communication and follow up.

Très bonne expérience

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines très agréables à Port Addaia. Quel bonheur que prendre l'apéritif sur la terrasse en profitant de la vue magnifique ! La villa est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Elle est située dans un endroit très calme et résidentiel et l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Minorque, une superbe destination que nous avons pu découvrir dans les meilleures conditions. La très jolie plage d'Arenal d'en Castell est à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa d'Isabelle, avec qui nous avons eu des rapports très cordiaux et qui fait le maximum pour que vos vacances se passent au mieux. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location.

Esta propiedad en la bahía de Addaya creo que es la que mejor vista tiene de todas las propiedades que hemos alquilado para vacacionar. El complemento de piscina, fue esencial para vacaciones con chicos. La particularidad que cada habitacion tiene su propio baño es realmente una comodidad muy importante. Si esta buscando relajarse y pasar un tiempo tranquilo con mucha variedad de programas y playas que ofrece Menorca, esta propiedad es sin lugar a dudas una alternativa mas que recomendable. La pasamos realmente muy bien y la recomendaría a cualquier otra persona.
