Great property and location

Had a wonderful weeks stay. Everything is walkable if your fit and able, even the bus top to go to other destinations on the Island. A couple of decent local restaurants in the nearby port and the new shopping mall, both within 8-10 mins walk. Property was great and obviously recently refurbished. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the normal hustle of a tourist resort like Puerta Del Carmen or Teguise.

Studio apartment Arrecife

My husband and have just spent 9 nights in this studio apartment in Arrecife. Excellent accommodation - modern, very clean and very comfortable. Close to a nice variety of restaurants and also the beach. Airport not that far away - an easy taxi ride. We were met at apartment even though our flight was an evening flight. Definitely 5 stars from us!

Super modern apartment in perfect location in Arrecife

We loved this apartment,and Jorges was very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars except for a couple of small teething problems. There are no operating instructions for the microwave and washing machine. The former we sorted out but could have done with some microwave cookware instead of having to use the crockery. Washing machine came up with error message first time we used it - I think hose must have been bent so insufficient water. Pity nobody tried it out properly before letting out. Jorges sent someone to fix this next day and all OK after. Apart from that, it was spotlessly clean and perfect location. Lots of information provided about places to visit.

jorge ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter vermieter!! hat all unsere wünsche erfüllt.

für kurzferien i.o.! alle hotspots fantastisch. hat man jedoch in ein paar tagen gesehen. auto- oder fahrradmiete obermühsam. man kann sich nicht auf die öffnungszeiten im net verlassen. warten, warten, warten und dann schlussendlich nichts zur verfügung.touristinfo äusserst unprofessionell! für mehrere wochen nicht zu empfehlen. einkaufsmöglichkeiten zum kochen viel zu weit weg. wir mussten einkaufswagen posten wegen schlepperei. ansonsten sehr wenige nonfood einkaufsmöglichkeiten. mutet vieles an wie vom vorigen jahrhundert. vorwiegend chinaläden mit billigstem ramsch.

Center of Arrecife

Well maintained, lovely studio apartment in the center of the town of Arrecife. Parking in designated parking spot in the garage. Easy access to roads in and out of town, and centered on the island. Owner was easy to reach and communicate with. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Lovely experience.

As you point out, this apartment is located in the very center of Arrecife, very close to all the shops, restaurants and the Charco de San Ginés area and the maritime avenue. A gem in Arrecife

We have spent three weeks in this very comfortable studio in central Arrecife. The owner, Jorges, is meticulous. He presented the property in detail on line. The studio is extremely well equipped - probably the best we have had. The bed is of high quality. The TV supports Netflix and the Internet. We particularly liked not staying in a tourist complex. The local supermarket and markets have great produce. The studio is very close to excellent restaurants. Thank you Jorge for a great holiday.

Très beau logement

Très beau et agréable logement dans le centre d Arrecife, avec parking souterrain mais attention accès étroit donc prévoir voiture de petit gabarit.

Beschreibung hält was sie verspricht - sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem neuen Apartment sehr genossen. Wir wurden perfekt betreut und hatten einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Alles was perfekt, das Einzige was uns gefehlt hat ist ein Balkon. Der Anbieter Jorge hat aber auch Apartments mit Balkon. Liegt super Zentral und sehr ruhig. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Mitten in Arrecife! Toll!

Alles in der Nähe! Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Busbahnhof sehr nah!) überall auf die Insel! Fahrradverleih (ebike) am Retondo! Sehr schön war‘s! Danke, Jorge, für deine Betreuung!
