The house and property are splendid, VacaVilla is a dream summer location for Italian countryside lovers. You can get the best of Tuscany with a beautiful garden, olive trees and relax at the pool. The area is wonderful for long walks. The house is comfortable, clean and VERY quiet. The only sound you hear is the cicadas at night. Wonderful, relaxing place for a family. Katarina was superhelpful in all instances - very nice cooperation!

Overall very nice house, especially garden was amazing! Bathroom was a little dark, no space for equipment (tooth brush, hair brush, etc.). No extra towels for pool were available, we had to use the towels for showering and pool. Service of VacaVilla was really good! Please tell caretaker (only spoke Italian) a huge thank you for saving us from church in Marmoraia (we were lost there and could not find the house).

Sehr netter Empfang von der Nachbarin.In der Dusche waren die Haare vom Vormieter.Alle Pfannen so zerkratzt, dass es ungesund wäre, drin zu kochen!Die Teppiche auf dem Boden sehr staubig und Gerüche werden mit Duftstäbchen versteckt.Das Haus ist für Hunde zugelassen, auf dem Grundstück werden aber Katzen mit Spielzeug empfangen, was nicht mit allen Hunden kompatibel ist und kommuniziert werden sollte.

Wunderschönes gemütliches Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail und wunderschönem Garten mit Poolbereich. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, in einem kleinen Dorf umgeben von Wäldern und Olivenbäumen. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub für bis zu 4 Gästen.

Siamo stati lì i primi di agosto, posto molto bello, sicuramente ideale per rilassarsi vista la sua posizione isolata, pulizia buona, cortese la proprietaria..uniche pecche: 1 la piscina Gli affittuari prima di noi davano da mangiare ai gatti randagi e andando via hanno lasciato il cibo rimasto ai bordi piscina..risultato, bagni difficoltosi per la presenza di api, e nonostante abbiamo pulito noi, le api sono rimaste.. 2 la connessione wifi poco presente, con un pó di pioggia salta la luce, rete, TV.. isolati completamente e spesso al buio durante i temporali..nel complesso abbiamo passato 1 settimana riposante e disintossicante da smartphone, isolati da tutto e ne siamo stati felici...

Sehr schön und ruhig

Weit ab vom Schuss aber wunderbar ruhig. Das Haus ist bodenständig eingerichtet aber wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Landschaft ein Traum und bei 38 Grad im Schatten wurde auch der Pool ausgiebig genutzt. An-Abreise verlief völlig problemlos und wir kommen bei unserem Toscana Trip gerne hierhin zurück.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Kleinod

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Kleinod. Das traumhafte Steinhaus liegt in einer schönen Naturlandschaft mit Steineichen, der Pool ist einfach fantastisch und größer als beschrieben. Die Betreueung durch VACAVILLA ist ausgesprochen gut. Eine Buchung für ein regionales Menü ist sehr zu empfehlen und lecker!!! Wir reisten als Familie, 4 Erwachsene mit Babie, waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön mit ein paar Eigenheiten

Ein sehr schön rustikal eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool in ruhiger Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Städtetouren z. B. nach Siena oder Volterra oder für Wanderungen in eine herrliche Natur. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft wirklich sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Es gibt aber auch ein paar Dinge, die man wissen sollte. Die Kombination von Elektrogeräten ist schwierig. Z. B. Waschmaschine und Backofen oder Geschirrspüler und Föhn. Bei uns ist dann immer die Sicherung rausgeflogen. Manchmal bleibt das Wasser weg, dann muss man zur Poolpumpe gehen und einen Knopf drücken. Das ist doof, wenn man gerade eingeschäumt unter der Dusche steht. Es gibt wahnsinnig viele Mücken und Bremsen. Zwar sind vor den Fenstern Mückennetze, es empfiehlt sich aber auf jeden Fall, die Türe immer zu schließen. Am besten viel Autan mitbringen und Campingspiralen zum Anzünden sind auch sehr hilfreich. Das der nächste Supermarkt und Bäcker weit weg sind, wurde ja nicht verheimlicht, ist aber wirklich nicht praktisch. Deshalb Einkäufe gut planen. Wer Geräuschempfindlich ist, kann evtl. Probleme mit den laut gluckernden Abwasserrohren haben. Sollte es mal stark regnen, läuft WAsser unter der Tür durch. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt.
