Please note: there are *NO* checkout "chores" at our units. Guest are encouraged to leave linens in a pile, maybe soak dirty dishes, doublecheck for their belongings and that's about it. Our great housekeepers take care of the rest.

The apartment is part of a restored turn-of the-century south hill Home. Hardwood floors and big bay windows will make you feel at home in this pleasant one bedroom apartment.

Furnished with everything you need for cooking. Sleeps 4 on a King bed and 2 full beds as part of the day bed.

Entertainment - we have you covered with games, books, and movies.Comes with HDTV, blu-ray player with movies, Roku (syfy, netflix, espn, pandora, many others)

You’ll love my place because of Comfortable, quiet, garden setting, neighborhood, and the easy walking distance to parks and restaurants

Peter Purchased this property in 2002 and lived in one of the apartments and rented out the others, slowly restoring all the property.

In 2013 Peter married Sarah and the next year they had their first baby, Piper and quickly were outgrowing their place. With baby #2, Riley, they have moved out of their place and are now happy to have it as a place for guests to stay. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did!

Why they chose this property

This is a great neighborhood to be in and a very comfortable apartment. You will be in walking distance of great food and amenities, as well as wonderful historic neighborhoods and parks.

just a 2 minutes drive from downtown, and 15 minutes to the airport.
