Hello, we did our best to improve the drain while not disturbing our guest. the drain company came after they left, since, it did work, just slowly. We did not realize any trouble with the gas grill - thank you for letting us know - we will get that fixed! Regards, Todd

Thanks again for staying with us. We found the home in good condition after you left and appreciate that very much. To the reader and potential guest? please consider that it might be a bit unfair to reduce by 20% our quality rating. Our policy clearly states in advance that we don't provide a bath towel service. We just wanted to note that the review does not mention that we had six towels in the house anyway in case various members of their party might have forgotten, so they wouldn't be inconvenienced. Because everyone failed bring them, we went out and got eight more and brought them to the house upon request. We hope that potential guests will notethe prompt and helpful service, regardless of whose responsibility the concern was, because it's so important to us that everyone have a five-star experience. We remain an 8 years young, well appointed five bedroom three full bath house wooden view of the South entrance of the Saratoga raceway and steps from all the area has to offer.

We are glad that you were able to enjoy the house with such a large group for your family reunion, as, we are really designed to accommodate 10 persons in 5 bedrooms. We are proud to offer a nearly brand new house (built in 2013) at a lower price point, and so close to the track, and provide every amenity. We will certainly take your comments into account and hope to improve this rental in your eyes in the future. You are certainly welcome back to stay with us. We can appreciate that there may have been nighttime squeaking of the frames, although it is the first I have heard of this complaint in 5 years of very successfully track season lodging! With respect to the mattresses, they are the same ones we have had, with pillow tops, and certainly not "cheap"... however, I am sorry that your family found them to be uncomfortable. They are also different brands, and so this comes as a surprise that they should all be unsatisfactory to each person in your party. Could you let me know directly just what the deficiencies were, eg, "too soft", " too firm", etc? Kelly, thanks again to you and your family again for staying with us. We are so pleased to be able to help make your daughter's wedding a success! I have gone through to find some way to clarify on VRBO about the towels, as, we have never provided them and there are different "check marks" to make on the owner's side, we did not check towels. Since there seems to be confusion, to be safe, we are going to provide some just in case from now on...I would rather have guests happy either way!
