The property is on the first and second floor and has two bedrooms - one with a super King-size bed, a Juliet balcony and an en suite shower room, and one with a super King-size bed. The property also has a family bathroom and a state-of-the-art kitchen/lounge/dining area with a Juliet balcony offering glimpses of the River Dart. With allocated parking for one car.
