This beautiful two bedroom apartment has everything you and your family need to spend a fantastic vacation. Located in La Matanza, island of Tenerife, within a plantation of avocado trees.

Built in 2009, decorated with style and cozy, this comfortable apartment also offers central heating and satellite TV. You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and is equipped with wooden furniture from Indonesia.
The heated pool is shared with 8 other apartments, and the setting has fabulous gardens and spectacular views of the ocean.

The apartments are very close to the main cities, beaches, shopping centers ... from the north of the island.

(We provide you with a cot, highchair ... for your baby)

Quiet location with breathtaking views to El Teide and ocean

We had the apartment 7, this was very clean and spacious. Everything you need was there. We stayed 2 weeks and the apartment was cleaned once in that period, towels changed, etc. Big thank to Maria, she is so diligent in all she does. The apartment has a lovely terrace where we could eat and two lounge chairs and play area for our daughters (3 and 5 years old). Location is quite remote, so you definitely need a car to be there, but once you arranged this, everything else is within reach. From the common / pool area it was a wonderful view on El Teide and the sunsets are really spectacular. Also nice views towards Puerto de la Cruz from the garden. Good beds and large living area. We especially liked the window shutters, that allow to make the room completely dark, very handy for a good night sleep. We missed some child friendly glasses, cutlery, etc. Maybe an idea to have some plastic glases, cutlery, etc, would make it easier for the kids.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Wir haben eine wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage vorgefunden. Unser Apartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden zudem äußerst freundlich von Maria empfangen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können die SanDiego Apartements weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Das Apartment entspricht voll und ganz den Beschreibungen. Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen dort verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Besitzer ist immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool, der Grillplatz und der Blick übers Meer sind einfach traumhaft. Das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, dass man sich wahrscheinlich auf Teneriffa vorstellen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Eine Ferienanlage und eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und waren erneut vom durchdachten Konzept dieser kleinen Anlage und der Gastfreundschaft des Eigentümers und seiner Angestellten begeistert. Die v Wohnung ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da wir gerne kochen, hat uns die voll ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Sehr oft haben wir auch den Grill im Pavillon am Pool genutzt, bei dem es alle Dinge gibt, die man zum Grillen braucht. Auf dem großen Tisch des Pavillons liegt zur freien Verfügung jeden Tag frisch geerntetes Obst, welches auf der Finca wächst. Maria, die fast jeden Tag vor Ort ist, geht umgehend auf alle Wünsche ein und versucht diese sofort zu erfüllen. Da sie in den letzten drei Jahren intensiv Deutsch gelernt hat, klappt die Verständigung ohne Probleme. Enrique, der Eigentümer der Anlage, sucht immer wieder den Kontakt zu seinen Gästen. Man merkt, dass es ihm wichtig ist, wie wohl man sich in seiner Anlage fühlt. Da zur Finca insgesamt nur 10 Wohnungen gehören, hat man den Pool und den Pavillion oft für sich allein oder muss

Una estancia muy agradable

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y era muy amplio. Las zonas comunes estaban cuidadas con mimo. A valorar el grifo con agua fría para beber en la zona de la piscina. La piscina genial, y unas bonitas vistas. Salida muy rápida a la autopista. Muy tranquilo. Lo único en que podría mejorar, sería que los apartamentos tuvieran lavavajillas, por el resto, inmejorable.

El apartamento esta totalmente equipado para poder cocinar, ideal para familia. La terraza propia de los apartamentos es genial y la de la piscina. La disponibilidad de Enrique en cualquier momento, un encanto. Nada, todo perfecto.

Wonderful holidays

We had a great holiday in a beautiful complex with a heated pool and a cozy apartment. The welcome at the apartment was very warm and friendly. Maria, Enrique and their colleagues were very nice contacts who were able to help us with any problem. Apartment 7 has a spacious living room (we didn't even turn on the big TV), an attached open kitchen with dining room and all amenities. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds, one with windows to the terrace, the other only has a skylight, which can be opened and darkened. The bathroom is compact but very nice. The highlight, however, is the terrace of our apartment: view of the mountains and the pool (side), with lots of fun for the children to play, for the parents to relax on the loungers and for everyone to eat in the open air. From the terrace it is a few steps down the path to the pool and very well-kept garden (artificial turf), partly covered and with many comfortable loungers and seating. There are banana trees everywhere and many native plants. The pool (overlooking the sea) is heated and great for a swim. There is ample parking, but the terrain is hilly (like the rest of the island). There are a number of restaurants within walking distance, supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car. We'd love to come back!

Amazing location and friendly owner

Property was spacious and tidy. Huge private outdoor seating area. Communal area had lovely views, pool and seating. BBQ was fun to use. Lizards, geckos, owls, kestrels and one friendly cat. Fantastic place to stay which enabled us to explore the entire island (surf/snorkel/hike etc). Enrique (the owner) was amazingly helpful as a guide to the island (regarding beaches, restaurants and places to swim).

¡Encantados!

Nos gustó todo de los apartamentos, desde la atención prestada, hasta los detalles como tener agua fresca en la nevera. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y la tranquilidad fue un lujo, todos los espacios eran maravillosos. Además, cuenta con aparcamiento privado lo que es una ventaja. No nos resultó difícil encontrarlo y está muy bien situado para nosotros, ya que está cerca de zonas de comercio, pero sin estar en medio de aglomeraciones en absoluto. Además, las vistas son inmejorables. Sin duda, repetiremos y lo recomendaremos. ¡Muchas gracias!

Voici une excellente adresse située au Nord de l Île et à moins de 60 minutes de tous les points d’intérêt de l’île. Les logements sont spacieux, propres et parfaitement équipés (fidèles aux photos et descriptif) et le personnel sur place est très sympathique et serviable. A recommander les yeux fermés.

UN SITIO FANTÁSTICO. PARA RECOMENDAR Y REPETIR.

Nos ha gustado la tranquilidad, la limpieza, el entorno muy cuidado, la temperatura del agua de la piscina (genial ! ). Los detalles a la llegada (fruta, agua fresquita..)., la enorme amabilidad de María, de su compañera, de Enrique. Les hicimos mil preguntas y las contestaron todas y siempre siempre, con una sonrisa. Como el apartamento estaba libre a la llegada, pudimos entrar muy muy temprano y, a la salida, como no se ocupaba hasta el día siguiente, nos dejaron quedarnos hasta la hora de salida del vuelo. MUCHAS GRACIAS !!! Está muy cerca del Puerto de la Cruz y de Santa Cruz, en un punto muy adecuado para moverte por toda al isla, con acceso muuuy rápido a la autovia. Las camas son muy cómodas, hay wifi...en fin, un sitio estupendo !! Si vuelvo algún día a Tenerife, sin dudarlo, volveré a FINCA SAN DIEGO. Y..lo estoy recomendando a mi familia y amigos !! Por decir algo, las almohadas a nosotros nos gustan un pelín mas duritas..pero vamos, que hemos dormido genial (en silencio y con una temperatura optima).

wonderful five days in the north of tenerife, very good flat with a nice terrace and pool, friendly

we liked all, but especially the pool, banana tufts, Barbecue place, lizards, the beautiful landscape, safety in the holiday complex, playa Bollullo, friendly contacts best greetings from Leipzig an thank you! We did´nt like, that the bedroom for the parents was without a window, but what can you change?
