The chalet is warm and welcoming. The log fire creates a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for chilled out evenings after a good day on the mountain. French windows lead onto the large chalet balcony overlooking the main village street. The balcony off bedroom 1 has stunning mountain views.

Location

Chalet Le Loup has a superb location 50 metres from the slopes and lifts of Tignes Les Brevieres. The modern and fast 8 person 'Brevieres Telecabine' whisks you in under 3 minutes to Tignes 1800. Continue for up 5 minutes to link with a modern express chairlift (Aguille Rouge), giving access to the skiing in Tignes and Val D'Isere.

Tignes Les Brevieres is a charming village resort nestled high in the French Alps. Located in the trees at an altitude of 1550 metres, a number of restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the village as well as a weekly market of traditional Savoyard specialities.

The resort of Tignes is made up of five villages that form part of the amazing L'Espace Killy Ski area. Located in the trees at an altitude of 1550 metres, Tignes Les Brevieres is well linked with all the other resorts, including neighbouring Val D'Isere, by the fast modern lift network of the world class Tignes and Val D'Isere ski area.

Le chalet est conforme à la description de l'annonce : pratique, agréable et proche des remontées mécaniques. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. Idéal pour 8 personnes. James a été très réceptif à nos demandes.

My wife and I have been operating a catered chalet business in Tignes Les Brevieres since 2005. Having spent many winters in the French Alps after graduating university in 2000, we fell in love with everything the village of Tignes Les Brevieres and the ski resort of Tignes & Val D'Isere has to offer. We love welcoming our guests to Tignes and always want our guests to thoroughly enjoy all aspects of their holiday with us.

Why they chose this property

Chalet Le Loup is a genuinely charming chalet with a warm atmosphere, perfect for families or groups of friends. The location is so convenient for both access to skiing (the slopes and lifts are 50 metres away) and access to the village amenities. There are shops, bars and restaurants all within a 1 minute walk but at the same time the chalet is in a quiet area. We love staying at Chalet Le Loup and are sure our guests will too :)

What makes this property unique

The chalet has been updated in recent years with 2 new bathrooms and a new cloakroom, new flooring in all bedrooms and a new work surface and ceiling with spot lighting in the kitchen. That said, we've retained the chalet' wonderful traditional charm which made us fall in love with the chalet originally. The perfect location and fast WIFI internet is always well received!
