Perfect stay in Bonita Springs!

This was our first stay on the gulf coast of Florida in the winter months, and it was everything that we hoped it would be! This home is in a lovely gated community that is close to many restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The decor of the home was comfortable and very appealing to me. Especially the books! The pond behind the home afforded a certain degree of privacy that we appreciated. And with the weather being so nice, we spent a great deal of our time poolside!! We thoroughly enjoyed the home. Special thanks to the owners for providing the renters manual. It was very helpful. And for being informative and accessible, when we did have a couple of questions! Would stay here again, and recommend this home to friends!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The view from the pool is very relaxing. Martyn and Maria are superb hosts, very responsive, polite, pleasant. Although we are not golfers we appreciated the lovely landscaping throughout the community. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with a beautiful lake view!

This beautiful home will make you feel like royalty as soon as you walk in the door! Tastefully decorated with exquisite furnishings through out. It is obvious every detail has been thought of to give you that palace feeling! The lanai and pool are very relaxing and offer a peaceful view. This home met our expectations and the owners are great to work with. Loved the location! We would definitely return to this Cordova palace!

Well located property in gated community

Snug location in friendly gated community. Close to 41 and associated retail. North facing lanai is lovely, and we spent a good deal of time there. Golf course is public and very accessible. Easy to get tee times, take lessons, etc. Home itself well stocked with supplies. Furnishings are antique and some are fragile. Owner very easy to work with.

wonderful location with excellent support by the owner!

we really enjoyed our stay (3 weeks). the house is in excellent condition. everything is on a high standard (incl. cristall wine glasses from Germany and a fantastic barbecue area with weber grill). the daily view to the lake and the neighbourhood were exciting. we have had a fantastic time and will certainly recommend it and hope to return. thanks to the owners for all of their support

Beautiful upscale new pool home in gated community

We stayed for three weeks in this sparkling clean and beautiful new lakefront home. Great pool with waterfall feature. Well located in Bonita Springs just minutes from shopping, restaurants and beaches. The home is located in a sub division of Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club. Nicely decorated comfortable beds and big screen TV's. Beautiful walk in shower in master suite. Owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

We love Florida. My favourite places to visit include Bora Bora/Moorea, the Amalfi Coast, Taormina Sicily,and the South of France. Oh! Austria was lovely as well especially the Lake District outside Salzburg. Live life like there is no tomorrow.
