This finca is located in the quiet rural urbanization of "Son Talent", just 2 km from Manacor. Its location makes it easy for you to quickly access the Eastern coast of Majorca, as well as the other areas of the island with its great beaches.
The location of "Ca n Miquel Son Talent" at the top of a small hill is ideal due to the great views to Manacor skyline, as well as a quiet rural surrounding. The modern building in a rustic location makes it the perfect combination.
The house disposes of one floor with 3 double bedrooms with air conditioner, 2 bathrooms, laundry, completely equipped kitchen, dining-room and a big living-room. All the rooms have a big picture windows that will connect with the exterior of the house.
In the pool area, you can swim in the pool of 3x6m and relax in the sunbeds terrace. There you will also find an outdoor sitting-table to enjoy your lunch and dinner outdoors.
