The owners live above the rental apartment, but the garden and pool are for guests’ exclusive use. The house faces a large garden, with a pergola with table, chairs, and a barbecue. The above-ground pool is equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs for relaxing in the sun.
The property also offers a wood of oak trees that borders the garden. The location is ideal for a country vacation, with the advantages of being in town. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4, l’abitazione è confortevole e c’è tutto il necessario. Buona la pulizia. Buona la disponibilità del padrone di casa. Giudizio negativo sul giardino che, se pur molto bello e ben tenuto, è infestato dalle zanzare che hanno reso impossibile anche usufruire della piscina. Piscina piccolissima, ci si bagna, non si nuota. Aria condizionata solo nelle camere da letto e non ci sono le zanzariere, quindi, dove si pranza o cena…….ci si affida ad un ventilatore…. Lascia una Risposta Pubblica Feedback privato Consiglio di fare trattamenti anti zanzare in tutto il giardino e, se possibile, zone limitrofe. Mettere aria condizionata anche in sala pranzo e zanzariere in tutte le finestre, si potrebbe dormire con le finestre aperte senza consumare energia tutta notte per far andare i condizionatori in camera. Contattate gli ospiti per informarli della difficoltà ad entrare nella stradina se hanno auto grandi e aiutarli.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. In huis was alles aanwezig. Zelfs koffie en iets lekkers voor het eerste ontbijt, wasmiddel, vaatwastabletten. We hadden een grote privétuin en hebben de eigenaresse alleen bij aankomst en vertrek gezien. Maar ze was goed bereikbaar voor vragen of als er iets was. Toen de elektriciteit uitviel door onweer, kreeg ik meteen een appje waar ik de stoppen weer omhoog kon doen. De omgeving is prachtig, je kunt er mooi wandelen. Leuk schattig dorpje waar je brood kunt halen en leuke restaurantjes hebt. Verder dichtbij leuke plaatjes als Lerici, Pisa, Luca en leuke strandjes, bij sommigen kun je goed snorkelen. Ook leuk om met de boot of trein naar cinque Terre en Portovenere te gaan.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier. Wir konnten wandern, den Pool nutzen, sonnenbaden, spielen und im Garten essen. Die Lage ist super. Sehr ruhig, da die Stadt überschaubar ist. Für Aktivitäten ist ein Auto erforderlich. Da wir das aber vorher wussten, war es für uns kein Problem. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: ausreichend Besteck, Teller, Schüsseln. Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle. Spülmittel, Tücher und Geschirrtücher, Kaffee, Zucker und Salz waren vorhanden. Beide Zimmer waren gleich. Doppelbett, Kleiderschränke, Kommode und Klimaanlage. Sehr ruhig. Sehr kleine Stadt. Schöne Straßen, wunderschöner Meerblick nach einem kurzen Spaziergang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächsten Ort sind besser und bieten mehr Auswahl (10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Es gibt eine Bar für einen leckeren Espresso! Wir waren in einem Restaurant (die Pizza dort war für unseren Geschmack sehr gut, aber man muss im Voraus reservieren, wenn man Pizza möchte). Die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen überein. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Anfahrt erfolgt durch sehr enge Gassen. Von der Hauptstraße bis zum Haus sind es ca. 250 m. Stellenweise muss man zurücksetzen, um bequem rauszukommen. Wir kamen mit einem VW Touran problemlos durch. Parkplätze gibt es aber im Ort, für uns 5 Minuten Fußweg. Mit einem Filter kann man sich abkühlen und anschließend im Garten sonnen. Ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Ein kleines Bad mit WC und einer sehr kleinen Badewanne (für Kinder oder zum Haarewaschen). Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sie haben regelmäßig nach Pool und Garten geschaut, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Außerdem haben sie uns Ausflugstipps gegeben.

Wir hatten einen tollen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieterin hat sich immer schnell und zielorientiert um unsere Belange gekümmert. Allein die Zufahrt zur Wohnung war etwas anstrengend, da es sehr eng zugeht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder.

Un endroit parfait pour des vacances reposantes. Un bel endroit pour partir décourvrir les Cinque Terre et les petits villages de la région mais aussi pour aller à Pise. Un endroit calme mais proches de petits bistrots et restaurants. Des hôtes discrêts mais réactifs. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Obwohl man mit den Gastgebern im selben Haus wohnt, hat man dennoch genug Privatsphäre . Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos, nur etwas schwer zu finden und teilweise leicht in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ort der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und schön. Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, etc. sind gut machbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und so wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hatte uns für das erste Frühstück einige Sachen bereitgestellt und auch eine Osterkuchen gab es. Anzumerken ist die etwas enge Zufahrt zum Haus. Man ist wirklich mitten im Dorf in einer Privatstraße. Wir haben das Auto auf dem Dorfparkplatz abgestellt und sind hoch sind die letzten 200 m gelaufen. Und uns haben ein paar Kaffeetassen gefehlt. Es gab nur vier. ????

Un logement spacieux, agréable et bien équipé avec un jardin arboré et bien entretenu. Montemarcello est un petit village calme, mais bien placé pour aller visiter les Cinque Terre, le Golfe des Poètes ou les villes de Toscane comme Lucques ou Pise. Nous y sommes allés en avril donc il y avait encore peu de touristes. Une petite épicerie était ouverte le matin, et 2 restaurants le week-end, il y avait aussi un café

Montemarcello est un charmant village disposant d une très belle vue et couchers de soleil à 20 minutes de Lerici. Le logement est calme, propre bien agencé et dispose d un jardin tres agréable. Nachts gab es Glühwürmchen. Einfach traumhaft. Nur die Moskitos sind die Hölle. Die sind wirklich immer aktiv und ohne Autan hält man es draußen nicht aus. Vllcht Fliegengitter? Wir haben uns nicht getraut mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Und vllcht. kann man da irgendwas pflanzen, was die Viecher abhäöt. Zumindest beim Freisitz? Ansonsten wirklich toll.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa era completa di ogni cosa, dal phon ai prodotti per pulire, alla dispensa delle cose base, anche gli asciugamani e le lenzuola. Per raggiungere la spiaggia con la sabbia (avendo bambini e passeggini al seguito) bisogna prendere la macchina e fare pochi km. Ma se uno non dovesse avere figli, la spiaggia di punta corvo è vicina percorrendo una lunga scalinata. Consigliatissimo

Een erg fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Het is schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs is er op navraag nog gezorgd voor de aanschaf van een kinderstoel! De tuin is erg mooi en bied met mooi weer een heerlijke buitenplaats. Het dorpje Montemarcello is schitterend met de nauwe straatjes. Elke ochtend vers brood of focaccia bij de locale kruidenier. En koffie en lunch eet je bij het idyllische restaurant op het dorpsplein. Daarnaast ideale uitvalbasis voor Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, marmer mijnen van Carrara of een ander toscaanse bestemming.

Grosse, sehr saubere Wohnung mit grossen Garten und erfrischendem Pool. Wunderschönes Dorf, in welchem es 3 Restaurants, 2 Bars und einen Minimarkt gibt. Fussdistanz an den Strand von Punta Corvo 30 Minuten/nach oben 45 Minuten (sehr steiler Ab- und Aufgang, gutes Schuhwerk und gute Kondition erforderlich), Sonnenschirm nicht vergessen, da kaum Schattenplätze.

Wunderschöne, erholsame Woche

Der Check-In und der Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Silvia ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist eng, mit Auto in Passatgrösse aber machbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Sie verfügte über alles, was wir benötigten. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben sogar eine Klimaanlage. Auch eine Waschmaschine steht in der Wohnung zur Verfügung, so auch eine Abwaschmaschine, ein Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, zwei Badezimmer, etc. Silvia stellt sogar Mückemittel zur Verfügung, das man aber auch braucht. Der Garten ist gross, der Pool gut zum Abkühlen geeignet. Das Dorf ist wunderschön, es gibt 3 Restaurants 2 Bars und einen Minimarkt, wo man das Nötigste findet. Kurz: Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zu Fuss ist man in 30 Minuten am Strand von Punta Corvo (steiler Abstieg über 700 Treppen, Naturpfad, gutes Schuhwerk erforderlich), nach oben dann etwas länger. Sonnenschirm mitnehmen, da kaum Schattenplätze unten. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an weiteren Stränden oder in weiteren malerischen Dörfchen und Städtchen.

Herrliche Lage der Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieterin, Montemarcello ist ein wunderschönes altes Dorf, der Kern ist autofrei! Zur Ferienwohnung kann man mit Passatgröße gut fahren! Sehr sehenswerte Umgebung, wir haben mit den Mountainbikes sehr viel erkundet! Danke für die schöne Zeit in Montemarcello

Tolle Ferienwohnung im wunderschönen Montemarcello! Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren tolle Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Lediglich die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, was Kochutensilien angeht. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Montemarcello. In der Gegend gibt es viele schöne Ecken zum Erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.
