In a dead end, on the ground floor of my house fenced and secured by an electric gate, not overlooked, you will enjoy the quiet, while being so close to everything. Located on the edge of the forest, at the foot of the bike paths and pedestrian, 400 m from the city center and 1 km from the large beach ideal for children. 2 bicycles are at your disposal to enjoy good walks in the forest.

A room with 1 bed 140 and a large closet can accommodate a cot. In the bathroom, a walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
A living room with a sofa bed, TV, WI-FI connection, radio CD player. Kitchen side, 2 gas burners, combined microwave, mini-oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
And to enjoy the outside and private garden, a garden, 2 relax and barbecue.

2 steps away, enjoy the eternally renewed spectacle of the ocean, breathe the pure and iodized air, get back to nature, go for good forest walks with the bicycles at your disposal but also visit a range of different natural areas between sea , marsh with its mills, dunes and forests, fishing ports and yachting without forgetting the inevitable Puy du Fou. Our coastline, which offers to the skilled fisherman, a source of happiness unequaled.

Our stay at Martine & Regis's place was very enjoyable. They were terrific hosts. The place is clean and very well stocked. We especially appreciated the use of two bicycles. The location of apartment is outstanding, within a few blocks to centre-ville and right on the path in the woods. You can bike or drive to the beach within minutes. I highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé un super séjour on nous avons été très bien accueillis par Martine et Régis Lebeau qui sont des propriétaires très sympathique. Leur location est très propre, fonctionnelle et très bien agencé et décorée avec goût. Très bien située. Photos tout a fait conforme à la description. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location. Encore merci aux propriétaires qui savent restés très discrets mais sont là en cas de besoins.

Super location , tout est parfait , il ne manque rien , absolument rien , grand frigo , machine à laver , etc, location très propre pas besoin de son véhicule , commerces , marché , à peine 5 minutes à pied, la plage 15 minutes , en plus nous avions 2 vélos a dispositions . véhicule bien sécurisée , en sortant de la villa , vous avez tout de suite la foret , et vous pouvez faire de superbes ballades à vélo. les propriétaires sont adorables , toujours à l écoute .je recommande vivement cette location . Logement très bien équipé, propre et situé dans le cadre d'une villa très agréable et sécurisée. Accueil chaleureux, propriétaires à la fois disponibles et discrets. On peut tout faire à pieds, plage, commerces, ballade en forêt, et des vélos sont mis à disposition. Je conseille vivement cette location et y retournerais avec un grand plaisir!
