Located on the edge of the forest, at the foot of the bike paths and pedestrian, 400 m from the city center and 1 km from the large beach ideal for children. 2 bicycles are at your disposal to enjoy good walks in the forest.

A room with 1 bed 140 and a large closet can accommodate a cot. In the bathroom, a walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
A living room with a sofa bed, TV, WI-FI connection, radio CD player. Kitchen side, 2 gas burners, combined microwave, mini-oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
And to enjoy the outside and private garden, a garden, 2 relax and barbecue.
