One block from Savannah’s largest park, Forsyth, sits the Big Blue House. Our 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate a family or group of friends. This listing is for the top 2 floors of the duplex. My place is close to parks, restaurants and dining, the city center, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, and the ambiance. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. SVR-00557 This listing is for the top 2 floors of the duplex. We have a separate listing for the bottom floor should your group need sleeping for 14. If you need anything please call me. We provide toilet paper and paper towels to get you started, you may want to pick up some more if you plan on spending lots of time or cooking at the house. Uber is very abundant in Savannah and is the best way to get to restaurants and tourist spots not in walking distance. We are close to several restaurants and there will be a binder at the house for you to see our recommendations. Parking is on the street but please pay attention to the street sweep signs so you don't get a ticket. There could be other guests staying downstairs. If any noise complaints arise please ask them to keep the noise down as we will ask them to do in return. Please be considerate of the neighborhood and our neighbors.

We've lived in Savannah for over 10 years each. We still live downtown but decided to rent our place as a vacation rental because we want you to enjoy Downtown Savannah as much as we do.
Our 10 year old Wheaton/Westie mix rounds out our little family. He wants you to know that he loves walking through Forsyth and going to the dog park on Broad Street. He also loves vanilla ice cream from Leopold's and pizza crust at Vinnie Van Go-go's!
