Tranquil Sunny Home near Sunset Beach
Located on a quiet street in North Haven of Sag Harbor, open floor plan, split level, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, near Sunset Beach and Long Beach, central AC, WI-FI, cable, barbeque, washer/dryer, huge backyard, two-level deck.
Upstairs (queen) bedroom has its own bathroom. Next to it are two more bedrooms (queen) that share the second bathroom. Downstairs has the fourth bedroom (queen size bed) and a third bathroom. Downstairs living room has a day bed (twin.)
Downstairs also has an open living area with a TV, large desk, and a pull-out couch.
NOTE that this is a TWO weeks minimum rental as per North Haven Village regulations. Tenant is responsible for the cost of electricity, cable/wifi, and weekly lawn care. This is normal with all summer rentals in this area.
NOTE: There is NO SMOKING on premises. Trained dog is welcomed.

Why they chose this property
Great location, tranquility, beautiful light, birds, and trees, peaceful energy. The home has full amenities, loft like open space. It is a short walk to bay at Sunset Beach Road, walk/bike to town or to Shelter Island Ferry, convenient access to back roads. We always use only organic/non-toxic products/furniture.
Perfect for families, artists, writers, and those who seek peace and clean, uncluttered spaces. Excellent work area with a huge desk. Easy access to back roads/ less traveled routes to NYC.
