Newly renovated, 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home is located in the Historic Springs section in East Hampton.

A modern and open layout, spacious living room leads into a large kitchen and dining area with Sub Zero, Viking and Miele appliances. Off of the kitchen is large pantry room with a washer and dryer. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs are two master suites with individual full bathrooms. Beds and linens are brand new. The house is equipped with a large flat screen television, cable, Netflix, WiFi and central air.

Steps from a private bay beach, 1/2 mile to a lifeguard beach and a 10 minutes to the ocean - East Hampton's Main Beach, voted best beach in the US or Amagansett beaches. We are located minutes from the famous Jackson Pollack house, tennis and kayak rentals.

Wonderful time in the Hamptons!

The house was perfect for our family! We loved the location, nice and quiet but a fifteen minute drive to East Hampton and Amagansett. The house was well equipped with a great grill and kitchen, and chairs and towels for the beach!

Lovely East Hampton Retreat

Everything about this property is a perfect reflection of its online description. Tasteful and very comfortable. Communication with owner was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Family Beach vacation

The stunning home is situated in a lovely treed neighborhood with a sunny backyard! We had a fantastic vacation with our adult children and 1 year old grandchild. We walked to the beach, strolled in the neighborhood, grilled in the backyard, and more. The home is spacious and welcoming. Its beautifully furnished and has a fantastic kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Slept great! Best family vacation!

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely home in East Hampton. The neighborhood was was wonderful for walking and the bay beach is just a short stroll away. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We slept great every night! Thank you to Caleb and Eric for the great food and shopping recommendations! But if you aren’t up for going out, the backyard grill and kitchen were perfect for cooking in, which we did nearly every night. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to others. Thank you again for a great stay in the Hamptons!

Clearwater beach cottage

We had a great stay at this adorable home. It has been updated and well decorated. The location is very centrally located, 15 min to sag and East Hampton. Amagansett is even closer.

Awesome Labor Day Visit

We loved our visit to the Clearwater beach house. We went out for the long Labor Day weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed to head to the beach, cookout or just relax inside. The yard was amazing and our kids really enjoyed running outside and being able to walk to the nearby bay beaches. We were close to everything but tucked away in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood for our five day trip. The owners were easy to reach and gave us great suggestions for how to enjoy our time out east. We plan to come back next summer!

Great family vacation

We stayed 4 nights with our son, another couple and their two kids (kids ages were 15 months to 4 years old). Perfect house for all of us! Very cozy bedrooms, plenty of space, huge kitchen and living area and best of all a big back yard with direct access (and no stairs for the kids!) from the living room. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a rocky beach which was fun for shorter visits to throw rocks, and a private beach a very short drive away. The ocean beach is 15 min and gorgeous. Worth paying for parking during the week. Eric was helpful, easy to reach and always a text away. Would definitely come back!

Nice, cosy and relaxing

We were a party of 6 adults and 3 toddlers and we all loved the place. I found the place much prettier and better than what the pictures actually say / show. The house was neat and clean and fridge was stocked with all the essentials as well. Our toddlers had a great time in the open backyard. Just be prepared (and don't be like us) about the beaches that you'd like to visit. If you plan on spending some time at one of the ocean beaches, you may have to obtain a parking permit for your car. (Again this depends on which beach you have planned on going and what time of the day etc..) I think you should be okay with bay beaches (not sure though!) All said, Eric and Caleb have also helped us find a good ocean beach nearby where we could all spend some quality time. You can't go wrong with this place specially if you have a big group like we did.

Perfect

As an EH/Springs native, I could not be more impressed with this house and the treatment we received from the homeowners. The house was perfect for our 8 guests, the backyard was the right size for spending the whole day catching up with friends and playing games, and the kitchen is absolutely amazing (as was the rest of the house). The owners were available if we needed anything but totally hands off and allowed us to enjoy their home as if it was our own. They were also easy to communicate with leading up to our visit and that made me very confident that we were getting exactly what was promised. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking to step away from the craziness of East Hampton but access it when you need to. Perfect for small friend and family gatherings and those who just want to enjoy my hometown for what it is - beautiful, comfortable and 100% authentic.
