'BEACHALICIOUS' is an idyllic beachfront retreat perfect for family gatherings, romantic getaways, or friends looking to reconnect. This elegant and comfortable four-bedroom home is situated on a secluded acre and boasts a private pool and boardwalk, as well as the convenience of an *elevator to all levels. An inverted floor plan and high ceilings take advantage of the sweeping ocean vistas. Sunset views are available from every room.

The wide-covered porches wrap around the entire house on two levels. The home features an array of outdoor furniture including teak loungers, multiple dining tables, and comfortable pool furniture. Opportunities for your whole group to gather, as well as places for solitude, are plentiful.

Other amenities include smart TVs in each room, a private outdoor hot and cold shower, fish cleaning station and extra parking for cars or boats. Much of the home's interior was rebuilt in 2019. This includes kitchen with Viking appliances and a great deal of new furnishings and electronics.

Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $300 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. Your gear will be delivered and will be waiting for your arrival.

- Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes,
paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your
gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, this is a seasonal option and will only raise the water
temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
