Holidays2Malaga Juan de Mena Studio with terrace is our vacation apartment located in a newly built building. They are very modern and cozy.

Both Juan de Mena penthouses have magnificent terraces/solariums with city views.Both have their own bathroom and separate kitchen, with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.Although these apartments are the most affordable we offer, you will find everything you need and enjoy all our personalized services.

These studios are located in a newly built building, on Juan de Mena street, just 800 meters from Calle Lariosand 300 meters from the historic center of Malaga, on the Costa del Sol.It is an ideal location for those who want to have everything at hand but have a tighter budget.

Plaza de la Constitución is only 800 meters away. The Cathedral, the Alcazaba, and the Roman Theaterare less than 1 kilometer away. Teatro Cervantes, Carmen Thyssen, Picasso's birthplace, and the Picasso Museum are just 500 meters away.

The port is less than 1 kilometer away. We recommend not leaving our city without visiting the new area of the port, Muelle Uno, which, thanks to recent improvements, has become one of the most beautiful walks.

Regarding public transportation, you can reach Juan de Mena by bus or car because there are more parking possibilities in this area than in the historic center.

The crib has an additional cost of €5/day.

Baby kit (crib, bath + high chair) costs €10/day.

Please note

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check-in after 21:00, access to the apartment is with a code. We will send it to you on the day of your arrival. Please let us know in advance so we can organize it.

You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).

All guests over 16 years old will have to sign the police register.

Please do not forget that we will ask for a refundable deposit upon arrival that you will have to pay with a credit card.

Fab apartment

The apartment has had a lush makeover with new kitchen and furniture. It was ideal for a couple, great location not too far from anywhere and the terrace is great with loungers and a table. Highly recommend. Thanks Elena for hosting and the rest of the H2M team

I was really impressed with how quickly the management team would get back to me on everything. They were always really kind and very helpful. There are supermarkets nearby and everything is within walking distance. The space is clean and very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to provide an umbrella on the upstairs terrace because it gets really hot during the day.

Parte del mobiliario, como el tendedero y la ducha de la terraza, estaban rotos y el sofá cama/cama supletoria era muy incómodo por estar el colchón hundido en la parte central.El personal de mantenimiento que vino al piso fue muy atento pero la comunicación con la agencia fue bastante negativa, dejándome dos veces como 'visto' y tardando casi dos días en dar respuesta.
