Well appointed,light and airy apartment in a brilliant location

This apartment is in a great location with an easy walk around the bay to the centre of Benodet and a lovely beach one way and a pleasant walk around the headland the other way. With lovely views from the patio across the sea and the estuary there is always something interesting to see; the sunsets are superb. The apartment is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and there is ample hanging space in the bedroom. The corner kitchen has everything you need although it is a little compact. Although we were on the ground floor the residence is quiet and we experienced no problems with noise. The other residents were very friendly.

N'hésitez pas ! Le descriptif et les photos sont conformes à l'annonce. L'appartement est décorée avec goût et est très bien équipé... rien de manque : on se sent chez soi.Il est proche du centre de Benodet et de sa plage, tout en étant situé dans un lieu calme.

Un 2 pièces très agréable avec une vue magnifique et à 10 mn à pied de la plage de Bénodet. Fonctionnel et beaucoup d'ustensiles à disposition. Nous sommes tombés sur la semaine avec la canicule et nous avons réussi à garder un minimum de fraicheur dans la partie nuit. Pour l'avenir peut être prévoir un ventilateur au plafond pour le salon. Sinon location à recommander.

Appartement fonctionnel bien équipé offrant une très belle vue mer.Benodet est une station agréable mais pour dîner, il est préférable d' aller sur Combrit ste Marine ou Fouesnant et les alentours.Les commerces ( surtout la boulangerie pour les croissants du petit déjeuner ) sont un peu loin de l' appartement si vous n' utilisez pas la voiture...

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung für zwei Personen. Blick auf das Meer ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Der Hinweis ein Fernglas mitzunehmen war sehr gut! WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert. Küche wurde nur für das Frühstück genutzt.

Excellent séjour à Bénodet

Avons passé un agréable séjour à Bénodet, dans un appartement bien équipé et surtout idéalement situé face à la mer. La "petite résidence" est très calme.Grâce à un temps très ensoleillé nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et de son aménagement.La ville de Bénodet est très agréable et bien aménagée, permettant de longues balades le long de la corniche tant à pieds qu'à vélo. Bien située, elle permet de découvrir les environs et d'apprécier ce joli coin de Bretagne.A coup sûr nous reviendrons.Remerciements à Carole pour son accueil et sa ponctualité tant à notre arrivée qu'à notre départ.

Bel appartement, très bien situé avec une vue sur la baie incroyable. Très calme, petite propriété bien entretenue. L'appartement est bien équipé, cuisine ustensiles...il ne manque rien. Le bémol, un canapé assez inconfortable et un Wifi aléatoire !!!

Très agréable location.

Bonjour. Votre appartement avec vue sur mer, son emplacement et son aménagement, réalisé avec beaucoup de soins, nous ont immédiatement séduit. Tout était en accord parfait avec la description. Des appareils ménagers à la vaisselle (dont nous nous sommes servis peu) le tout est très complet. C'est même un lieu de vie à plein temps. Une documentation riche sur Bénodet et des environs nous a permis de visiter de nombreux lieux, villages, villes ou promenades au bord de la mer et à l'intérieur des terres. Parfait !

Tres bon séjour dans cette location où on ne peut que s émerveiller chaque jour de la vue !!! L appartement est très bien conçu, confortable et très calme. C est la première fois pour nous qu il ne manque rien...couteau à huitres, ciseaux, seche cheveux, epingles à linge etc... Beaucoup de rangements. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne externe sympathique et ponctuelle. Le propriétaire n étant pas sur place, il nous a téléphoné pour nous donner des renseignements complémentaires et savoir si tout allait bien. Cette location est proche des commerces qui, malheureusement, ne sont pas nombreux. Seul le Carrefour pas loin est idéal pour faire les courses. Vélos conseillés pour se rendre à la plage. Toute la région est splendide. Pas assez de temps en une semaine pour tout voir. Nous garderons un formidable souvenir de ces vacances

Vacances au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement où rien ne manquait. Le calme nous a permis de bien nous reposer devant cette vue magnifique..le seul point noir est l inconfort de ce canapé.....c est dommage

Benodet ist wunderschön und unsere Unterkunft hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Atlantik.

Wir hatten in den zwei Wochen sehr abwechselndes Wetter. Die Unterkunft war ideal, denn der schöne Garten lockte bei Sonne und bei Regen oder Sturm konnte man wunderbar in der Wohnung am Tisch sitzen und das Wetterspiel bestens beobachten. Man fühlt sich ein wenig als Leuchtturmwärter.
