Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très agréable, parfaitement agencé et la vue mer est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Grâce à la grande baie vitrée, on profite du panorama aussi bien depuis le salon que depuis le balcon. Nous étions aux premières loges pour le feu d'artifice du 14 juillet !Seul petit bémol, la chambre côté rue peut être bruyante quand on dort les fenêtres ouvertes, entre autre avec les camions de livraison du restaurant qui laissent parfois leur moteur tourner tôt le matin.

Séjour exceptionnel à Benodet avec un beau temps ensoleillé, très beau t2 magnifique avec vue sur la baie de l’Odet et plage au pied de l’immeuble une pièce de vie d’une clarté extrême grande fenêtre avec vue sur la promenade et mer une baie vitrée sur l’ensemble de la façade donnant sur un balcon ou l’on peut apprécier un bon repas chambre idem en clarté donnant aussi sur la promenade et mer rien à redire appartement très bien agencé et agréable. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique de notre hôtesse d’accueil Anne qui nous a détailler avec beaucoup de patience et de gentillesse les activités à faire a Benodet et alentours merci à elle .Pour nous c’est à refaire les yeux fermés et pour vous les futurs locataires à faire si vous voulez passer un bon séjour à Benodet

Un accueil parfait et souple par la personne très sympathique en charge de la remise des clés : en prime, un tas de petits conseils et des petites douceurs… L’appartement, très confortable et bien équipé, est conforme à l’annonce avec une vue mer splendide. En très haute saison (nous avions séjourné la semaine du 15 août) peut être un peu de bruit dû à l’importante clientèle du restaurant en dessous.

Comme en croisière

Appartement extrêmement bien situé dominant la mer, très clair avec de grandes baies. Tout le confort souhaité. Grande chambre bonne literie. Extraordinaire accueil de Anne qui a prit le temps de nous aider, avec le sourire et reste a notre disposition pendant tout le séjour. Bravo! Seuls regrets: les 2 étages d'escalier qui pèsent bien dans les jambes et le bruit tôt le matin du défilé de camions de livraisons pour le restaurant Sans Souci en dessous. Malgré cela, nous reviendrons sans doute. Marie et Alain
