Small and cozy traditional fisherman’s house located within the walls of the iconic town of Tossa de Mar, just 100 meters from its beautiful beach and the town center, with its lively promenade, shops, and a wide selection of restaurants.



The area within the town walls is entirely pedestrian, so access to the property is on foot. Once settled, everything is within walking distance, making this house a perfect option to enjoy the destination without needing a car.



Access to the house is through a charming terrace/patio, equipped with an outdoor dining table and pleasant views of the sea and promenade, ideal for relaxed breakfasts or alfresco dinners.



On the ground floor, you will find the living room, with TV and dining area, alongside a recently renovated and fully equipped small kitchen, designed for comfortable and practical stays.



On the first floor is the bedroom with a double bed, as well as a fully renovated bathroom with shower. From this floor, you can enjoy lovely views of the sea and Tossa’s old town, creating a very special and authentic atmosphere.



Tossa de Mar is a charming coastal destination, quiet and family-friendly, known for its natural beauty, history, and relaxed ambiance. It offers numerous water sports activities, as well as an excellent culinary scene with quality restaurants specializing in tapas, seafood, and fresh fish.

c'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement au cœur de la cité médiévale et nous avons passé à nouveau un excellent séjour. Les explications de Costa Villa sont précises pour l'accès au parking et l'accès à l'appartement. La borne automatique qui a été installée pour limiter l'accès au village avec un véhicule n'est pas un inconvénient pour le parking, il suffit d'appeler en appuyant sur l'interphone et après quelques secondes la borne s'abaisse. l'appartement est proche de la plage et des commerces. Nous recommendons.

La maison est très agréable et nous avons pu profiter très largement de la vue sur Tossa de Mar. Il a fait très beau et nous avons apprécié la terrasse qui est pour une bonne partie de la journée à l'ombre. Même si la cité est très touristique et qu'il y a beaucoup de personnes, la maison est au calme! Je conseille vivement cette endroit.

Super kompleet huis op geweldige locatie. Ook garage was prima, zelfs voor onze toyota carolla ts met fietsenrek er achter. Er is nog een tweede in en uitgang zonder dat je 2 lagen moet dalen. Deze is echter na 12 uur in een voetgangersgebied. Wij zijn er alleen in de ochtend uit vertrokken. Afstandbediening nr 3 en 2. Tossa is zeer de moeite waard.

La casa tiene un emplazamiento increíble con una vistas geniales a la playa. Está bien equipada en todos los aspectos y muy céntrica tanto para disfrutar de la parte antigua de Tossa como de la playa. El único inconveniente que le vimos es llegar y salir de allí con el equipaje porque al estar ubicada dentro de la muralla y aunque el parking esta cerca, se hace costoso. Nos parece importante saberlo de antemano, para mentalizarse de ello. Por lo demás, nuestra estancia estuvo genial!

Le charme de la vieille ville

La maison est bien située pour profiter des animations de la veille ville (restaurants, musée, etc) et accéder également facilement aux plages ainsi qu'aux commerces de centre-ville. La vue sur mer est agréable, conforme aux photos. Être dans la vieille ville permet également d'être à distance du tumulte nocturne et facilite le repos.

Great location and really wonderful being inside the walled city! The views and terrace were also wonderful. Everybody at Coastal Villas was very friendly and professional. Coastal Villas should have informed us that we could have gone straight to the villa rather than needing to go to the office. Also, Coastal Villas should provide transportation to this villa because it was very hard to find and difficult hauling luggage while searching for it. Prospective renters should be advised there is no A/C. The walls in the living area were badly stained with what appeared to be mold.
