Cozy Family Home Within Minutes Of A&M!

Our cozy home provides a relaxing space for families with children or friends looking for a warm environment to spend time together. Situated only 3 miles from the A&M campus, we are a great option for game day weekends or a retreat with friends.

Our 2,100 square foot home offers ample common areas including a nice living room, dining room, separate breakfast table nook, half bath and play room downstairs. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer plenty of space for a variety of sleeping options. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and twin bunk beds. The couch is also very comfy as well. :)

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances such as a coffee maker, Ninja blender, Breville juicer, Breville toaster oven, Kitchen aide stand mixer, etc. You will have full access to our home and we are available to help with anything throughout your stay!

The living room is peaceful with comfy seating and offers a Samsung Frame TV. We have a TV in the primary bedroom, but do not offer cable. We have chromecast so you can cast anything you can play off your phone or device onto the TV (sports games, Netflix, amazon prime, YouTube, Hulu etc.)

Great location for Aggieland activity

Location was great to a weekend of family fun and Aggie football. Home had everything you needed, beautiful backyard to visit outside. Plenty of room for our 2 families.

We had the best time! The house was perfect for our family and friends. It had everything we needed, and it was so easy to get back and forth to campus so that our little ones could rest during the day before the game. Great location and neighborhood; we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend, especially for families with children!

Celebration of Aggie Ring and 21st Bday

Celebrating our youngest turning 21 and receiving her Aggie ring. Wanted a nice home with backyard for festivities and this home hit it out of the ballpark, We had 4 adults and 1 child staying in home, but 30 guests, including several children for Celebration. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac, plenty of large trees for shade and backs up to a greenbelt. Plenty of space to set up tables and no ugly fence to look at. House has plenty of space. Super comfy beds. The hosts even had a cute "WELCOME PKG" on our arrival. Communication with hosts was phenomenal. Answered our requests promptly and fulfilled each one. It was the PERFECT home for us to CELEBRATE our daughter's achievements and made it feel like home (which for college kids is important).

Overall our stay was nice. It was evident that someone lives there with clothes and mattresses shoved in closets/drawers. Dirty sock left behind bedroom door. Flowers in a vase upon arrival are nice but not when they're dead! Appliances worked but oven obiviously needed to be cleaned as it was quite smokey when we used it. House is in a peaceful neighboorhood and overall served our purposes well.

Perfect Property for a weekend in B/CS

House was clean and the setting feels very secluded even though you are in a subdivision. Owners were very courteous and the home was clean. Only small thing I would note is there is only 1 TV in the house located in the master bedroom. We went out to watch a football game so it worked well for us. It was actually kind of nice not to have a TV on! We would stay here again.

Everything about the home was perfect and exactly as they had advertised. Nice and quiet home on the end of a culdesac. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. I will be staying here again the next time I need a rental in Bryan/College Station.

The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away from the bustle and noise of the city, and yet so close to all the action. Benefit from the retreat like atmosphere, all while maintaining proximity to the University (hello football games) restaurants and nightlife.

What makes this property unique

We love out cozy home! The common space is large enough to entertain many people and we are always hosting and having people over. My personal favorite is our living room, which boasts large windows that let in lots of natural sunlight throughout the day!
