Beautiful craftsman style beach house located 2 blocks from Beach just north of Haystack Rock, and one block from Pelican Brew Pub and Sleepy Monk coffee. New beds and bedding, large sectional sofa, flat screen TV's, and appliances. Large main kitchen plus kitchenette in large studio apartment over garage. 2 washer and dryer sets. 2 family room areas. Large garage. Beds for 13. (Occupancy is 10 persons over age of 2.)

Main Floor: 1 King bedroom and full bath, Laundry room, Large kitchen with peninsula island and bar seating + large bench style family table that seats 10-12

2nd Floor: Master Bedroom with 1 King and 2 twins (daybed), Bedroom with 1 Queen, Studio Apartment with 1 Queen, 1 Queen Plus Sofa Bed, 1 twin and laundry closet, + kitchenette, 2 full baths

Two stairways to second floor. Great house for large families, business retreats, friend getaway.

Fantastic place to stay

Really enjoyed this property. It is very close to the beach, and a short walk to the “downtown” of CB. The house is large, and has all the “toys” one would want for a great beach day. Would love to stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

House was great for a larger group (6). Plenty of room for everyone to have some space. 2 blocks from the beach and off the beaten path. Great house with awesome amenities. Will definitely be on our list when we make it back to Cannon Beach.

Awesome Beach House

Cannon Beach Vacation

Loved this house and the location is terrific! It's just a few short blocks from the beach (easy walk with kids and the wagon in the garage can be loaded up)! House is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with the basics (including the pantry). We will definitely be returning!

This property is gorgeous. The grounds are well kept, but the inside is beautiful and well appointed. There was more than enough room for 10 family members, very comfortably.It is an easy walk to the beach and Haystack, as well as very close to town. We loved it!

Best CB vacation home!

We have stayed in this home 3 times and will be back again! Dena, the owner, is so personable and responsive! The space was so well thought through and fits our fam of 9 perfectly. We have stayed in many vacation homes and lodging in Cannon beach over the past 20+ years and this is by far our fav. Checks all the boxes! Thank you for sharing your home Dena!

What a lovely, beautiful and spacious home! Family loved it. Great location. Dena left very detailed instructions about the home (check in, check out and maintenance) and most importantly details about the town (beach access, coffee shops and restaurants). Cannon Beach Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. We were four adult couples and there was plenty of room. The open living room, dining room, kitchen was great for gathering. The location is a nice easy walk to the beach and downtown. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance; we didn’t use our cars at all. Communication with the owner was prompt and there were no issues. Had a great time!

Well-managed home!

This lovely home has everything you would want for a visit to the coast. Our family of 8 walked and played on the beach every day and used the wagon for chairs, sodas and towels. There was plenty of room for all of us to lounge together in the living/ dining room, and extensive cookware and dishes for whatever we wanted to cook. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for other families!

Such a great location. Beautiful home. So many places for kids to sleep. We had two families. 6 kids total and plenty of space. The kitchen is stocked. Hairdryers in all the bathrooms. Just a few min to the beach. Such a great place.

Family Beach Week

Our family of 9 including our kids and grandkids try to get away to the beach each summer. We stayed at this property in 2020 and all of the family voted to return again in 2023. The location is great, most things (beach, restaurants, downtown) are easily walkable, the home is very well stocked with everything needed and so comfortable it feels like home. We all hope that we will be back again.

Wonderful

This home is beautiful!! Fully stocked with anything you need and clean!! The main level bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents. The upstairs apartment area was great for our young adult kiddos. We're a game family and the large kitchen table was perfect. Nice short walk to the beach. They have a great wagon at the house which was awesome for all your beach stuff! It's stocked with beach blankets, beach chairs, buckets/shovels and the cutest retro bikes that we had a blast on. Communication with the owner was great. All in all an amazing place to stay!!

Could not a more perfect house

The house is amazing. Beautiful interior and furnishings. Very well equipped with everything you need. Comfy beds, fireplace, all kitchen cooking utensils you might need. Can't quite believe it is a rental. I would love to live in this home. The location is perfect too. Quiet road but so close to town and what ever you might need. The beach is 2 blocks away. The home is just laid out perfect too. I cannot say enough. My Mother's Day with children was the best ever. Thanks for the use of the home!

Gorgeous property, close to everything. Extremely clean and well appointed - and just a lovely home. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! The little apartment above the garage was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home!

This home is ideal for a Cannon Beach vacation. It is just a short walk to the beach and the provided wagon made bringing all of the necessary beach items a breeze. Our extended family of 7 each had our own space in cozy beds. The home is extremely well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer. We all hope to be back next year!

Family vacation at the beach

Beautiful home, very comfortable and spacious. Just perfect for our family vacation at the beach. Well stocked with beach toys, blankets and even wood for a fire. Loved roasting marshmallows over the gas fire pit. One of the best things was the location so close to the beach and Haystack Rock. Would definitely return to this home again.

Large house - perfect for a multi- family beach bash

This house surprised us with all the extras- even sticks for roasting marshmallows. The upstairs "apartment" had a fully furnished kitchen and there is also an additional refrigerator in the garage. The trundle bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms was perfect for the kids. It was an easy walk to the beach and they even had a wagon for all the beach toys. Fabulous!

Perfect setting in Cannon Beach. We absolutely loved the house. It was so well stocked. We all felt very comfortable staying there for a long weekend with family. Definitely have this one on the list for our next CB stay.

After almost 30 years of enjoying our little beach cottage that weathered almost 100 years of coastal life, it was time to say goodbye and build a new house. We spent 5 years designing and building our family's new craftsman style beach house. The house now fits our 3 generation family comfortably. We built the home with our family in mind but also knowing that your family or group of friends would enjoy as well.

Our Cannon Beach Craftsman was built with attention to detail and high quality finishes and construction including high ceilings, hard wood floors throughout, tile bathrooms and brand new high quality mattresses and linens. The home has vintage hardware and lighting throughout fitting to the history of the great Oregon coast.

2 kitchens, 2 laundry areas, 2 family rooms, balcony deck off master bedroom, and brand new construction not typically available for rent in Cannon Beach. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. You will not need a car to enjoy your stay at this home as the shopping, beach combing and restaurants are all a few blocks away!
