Villa Alta Vista is located in the beautiful upmarket residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, in Blanes, Costa Brava.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, elevator to all 3 floors including the pool area. Suitable for wheelchair.

Through the entrance hall you reach the nicely decorated living room with dining area and direct access to the terrace with exterior dining table, sun shades and magnificent sea views! Built-in BBQ.
Fully equipped kitchen. Connecting storage room with washing/drying machine. Separate toilet.
Living room with Smart TV 52" with Netflix account included.

One floor down you reach the master bedroom (double bed 180*200) with an en-suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath tub. Ensuite dressing room.
Second bedroom (2 beds 90*200 put together) with en-suite bathroom (bath) and single sofa bed. Private balcony.
Two more double bedrooms (each 2 beds 80*200 put together) with 2 separate bathrooms (one bath tub and one shower).

All bedrooms have beautiful pool and sea views! Electric shades for all rooms.

At pool level, there is a double bedroom (2 beds 80*200 put together), shower, toilet and steam bath.

This villa has a semi-salted pool which means soft water, no chlorine and no red eyes.

You also have access to the private club in the bay with large pool, children pool, tennis court, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.

The beautiful beach of Cala Sant Francesc is a 15-min walk or a 2-min drive. You can park your car for free on the private parking near the beach. The sandy beach has water activities, a nice restaurant, showers and life guard.

House magnificent, looks exactly like the pictures. Great views. Equipment of a house complete, nothing was missing. Clean, toilets disinfected. The disadvantage was the location on a high hill, where it was difficult to get on foot (especially with a pram...).
