Country Houses - 2 Bedroom Family House with Pool

Quinta dos Cochichos was a local farm, built back in 1917. The houses have been totally renovated, some being used as various accommodation units: 2 apartments , 2 duplexes and a studio, spread into 3 different and separated houses. There are other smaller buildings inside the property, these being used as support to the activity.

The farm is set in about 4 acres, surround by almond, fig, carob and olive trees. We have also developed other fruit trees including some tropical.

All units are different and named after a typical fruit from the Algarve: Carob House, Fig House, Loquat House, Olive House and Almond House.

CAROB HOUSE (Casa da Alfarroba)
Very nice 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a country house with 65 m2. For 5 adults + 2 children on sofa bed.
Private terrace (9 m2) with barbecue, table and chairs.
Double bedroom and triple bedroom with wardrobe. Double bed (200x180cm) in each room or if requested, 2 single beds (200x90 cm) in each room. Bed sofa for 2 in living room.

The apartments and houses are well equipped with kitchen / kitchenette, where you can prepare your own meals. Each house has access to a private terrace overlooking the garden and fields.

The living room area features a flat-screen TV with 120 channels and the bathroom include a shower, complimentary toiletries and towels. Baby bed and other free items are available upon request.

You may enjoy an outdoor pool and a sauna during winter time, as well as free Wi-Fi and secured parking inside the property.

Families and groups may enjoy the boule pitch or the giant trampolin available. There is a playground and a small kid’s house with toys and a sand box for the little ones.
