Quietly located family villa with pool and beautiful views near Faro (+ WIFI/AC)

Villa Casa na Rocha is located on the outskirts of Estoi in the immediate vicinity of Faro, Portugal. It offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing and peaceful vacation with the family away from the tourist crowds.

The villa is divided into three separate areas, each with its own bedroom and bathroom. One of these areas even offers two bedrooms, making the villa ideal for families or larger groups.

Accommodation:
- 8 adults in the 4 separate bedrooms
- 1 crib in one of the bedrooms

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. From the bedroom with double bed (180x200) you can access the large roof terrace, which offers a wonderful view (especially at night/in the evening). It is the perfect place to watch the sunrise or sunset and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.

The second area is separated from the rest of the house by a door. This provides an ideal retreat for those moments when you are looking for peace and privacy. It includes a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a small crib, a bathroom with a shower tray and another bedroom (ideal as a children's room) with two single beds (90x200). From there, there is access to the rear outdoor terrace.

The third area is directly adjacent to the living room and has access to the outside terrace. There is a large double bed (180x200) and a bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes.

The spacious living room is located in the center of the villa and offers a meeting point for evenings together by the fireplace. There is also a TV with Astra reception (German channels, but also various English and French-speaking TV channels).

The large kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, two ovens, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment and everything else needed to cater for large groups. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy dining room, which offers space for 8 adults.

One of the highlights of Casa na Rocha is the inviting terrace, which offers several seating areas: either for a large group or for individuals, depending on how you like it. There is also a barbecue area and plenty of parasols.

Adjacent to the terrace is a beautiful pool. This means you always have a good view of the children and can move back and forth between the pool and the seating area. The pool area is the ideal place to cool off on hot days or simply enjoy the sun, and sun loungers are provided. The outdoor area by the pool is not only a highlight during the day, with its inviting atmosphere and beautiful lighting, it is also the perfect place to spend the evenings. Whether you want to read a book, enjoy a glass of wine or simply watch the stars, this area invites you to linger.

For added convenience, the villa has a guest WC, which is easily accessible from the pool. The villa is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This is particularly practical for longer stays or if you are traveling with children.

For the colder winter months there is a fireplace in the living room, all double bedrooms in Casa na Rocha are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Safety is an important aspect when choosing a vacation villa, especially if you are traveling with children. That's why the pool at Casa na Rocha can be closed off if necessary. So you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest without having to worry about the safety of your children. Each window of the villa can be closed - e.g. overnight - with security shutters (with burglary protection). A high chair, two travel cribs, a buggy and some toys are available for children.

In the months of July and August, the villa is only rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
