The house was exactly what we needed. They had everything that we needed. Matt was so helpful with guidance on navigating to the house with our boat. The house was clean and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The neighborhood is great and everyone was so friendly. We already booked for next year!
The property was as listed. A bit off HWY 1. Extremely quiet which we enjoyed. Nice walking area and sites. If you have a boat even better with the channel. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions or issues. Has pretty much everything you need for a vacation in the Keys. Close enough to the other Keys and Key West to enjoy all the sites. Enjoyed our stay very much.
Great house, great location! Quiet, fully functional and cutely decorated. Neighborhood is walkable and bike friendly. Sunsets from the screened balcony or down the street. We'll plan to stay again in the future!
A super convenient location to either chill out, fish, or run down to Key West. The Key Deer are plentiful and fun to see. If you have a boat this place is on a canal. If not there are plenty of fishing options in Marathon. Lots to see and do if you want it. Otherwise, relax and enjoy yourself.

Nice home in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. House was clean, kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals.
Matt - the owner was very responsive to any questions.
Great amenities including kayaks, bikes, grills, fish cleaning station, washer and dryer etc.
Key deer visit everyday.
45 minutes to Key West, 20 minutes to Marathon.
Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you the great review. We have worked hard to make sure the house meets all of our guests needs! Welcome back anytime!
Loved, loved the house!! It was just perfect for us and our friends. The house was well equipped and we did not want for anything. Called our hosts a couple of times with questions and they got back with us promptly. We could not have asked for nicer accommodations or hosts.
We had a great time. Matt was very helpful and gave us a lot of good info on the area and places to fish. We needed a place to unwind and relax and this was the perfect place. The house was clean and well stocked. We grilled and hung out down stairs. The hammocks and hanging chairs are very cool place place to relax. The beds are so comfortable it’s hard to get up and go fishing. If you go definitely check out Generations Produce and Seafood on Rt. 1 on Big Pine. Thanks Matt

Thank you for the great review. We always love to hear when someone loves our house as much as we do! You are welcome back anytime.
We had a great time at Matt’s place. The house is in a great location in the lower keys. You’re close to awesome restaurants, marinas, dive, and tackle shops. We had everything we needed and were able to keep our boat right outside the house on the canal with easy access to the Atlantic. Looking forward to another stay!

House was perfect
The house was perfect. Plenty of room and had everything needed. Mathew was very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Close enough to everything to go see the sights but far enough away for total relaxation. We will be going back to this house for sure.

Great place for nature lovers
We really enjoyed the week we spent on big pine key. The house was great and had everything we needed. It's just a short walk or kayak out to view beautiful sunsets, and in the early mornings and at dusk we were visited by several adorable key deer. There are some hiking trails on the key a short drive away, and don't miss blue hole for great wildlife viewing. It's also a great location for visits to Bahia Honda, key west, etc. Matt was great and very responsive to all our questions throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property. If you're looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path, this is it!
