Although we love a good get together, please no parties, this is a quiet neighborhood. No smoking (cigarettes, vaping, weed) of any kind on the property. Pets are awesome but poop is not. Complimentary doggies bags are under the kitchen sink. Please keep your pup leashed in the front yard. The backyard is fenced

Great place to stay in Ormond Beach area and it's a short drive to Daytona Beach. The beach, places to eat and Publix is in walking distance. The host quickly resolved a minor issue we had, and he responded to any questions we had.

Perfect house and location

Absolutely clean and even cuter than the pictures. We mostly ate in because Publix is nearby and the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard offers privacy and plenty of play room for our dog. We were very comfortable and will definitely be back.

Exactly as described, or better. Big rooms, good linens, clean, everything new. Beach entrance on same street has playground and bathrooms. Same easy walk other direction has River access for fishing or kayak. Easy bike ride to center of ormond beach and the bridge, River walk park, etc. Quality and value… we hope to return. Sue and Paul.

A perfect ten!

All new and fresh everything. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and sundries. Saved us money. General dollar 3 min walk has groceries, produce, like a small supermarket. Beach easy 4-5 min walk at park entrance. Quiet street. This place was perfect. The hosts provided beach gear, bikes, etc. Usually the descriptions and photos of many VRBO are dated, and when you arrive, the places a worn. This place was just the opposite. Far exceeded the expectations in the description and photos. And, bonus, Surfin Scoops is just around the corner. Best homemade ice cream ever, and inexpensive. We would love to return in the future. Great host!!!!

The best VRBO I could have asked for

First off, talking to the owner has been a breeze. Any questions I had, he immediately and quickly responded to. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and is a beautiful spacious home. I joked with my Fiancé that we needed to remember the layout and build our home similar. I've never slept good away from home, but sleeping at this house was some of the best sleep I've ever had. Nightly Publix subs, walking to the beach, great sleep, and extremely clean. My only complaint is that I didn't stay long enough! I forgot to mention they are pet friendly, but you can't even tell because there's not a trace of pet hair or anything around, other than the ADORABLE dog bowls with the toy in the dining room. Overall, this was the best house I could have booked, and I am glad I spent the money and did. I will 100% be coming back in the future.

Beach vacation

The property was great for us it had everything we needed. We rented a house so we could cook and not eat out as much and found everything we needed to do so. It was very quiet street and a short walk to a nice beach.

Perfect!

We loved our stay at the beach house! It’s close enough to Daytona Beach where we were attending an event, but still felt like we were in a little beach town. The beach was a super short walk away and was quiet and clean. As for the property, it was perfect for our stay. Everything was neat and the host responded immediately when I had a question. We’ll definitely be back!

Ormond beach vacation

We travelled with 3kids (three to nine years old) and still had enough space in the beach house. Beach toys and games for inside included. Plenty of space, very clean and cosy beach house style furnishing. Beach in walking distance even for a three year old.We had a great time.

Third Trip - Great As Always

This was our third time staying at this property so clearly we love it here. The location can't be beat with just a few minutes walk to the beach or river. The home is ALWAYS immaculate. Cleanliness is super important to me and I can't say enough good things about this property from that respect. Dollar General is right down the street which comes in handy. Publix, Dollar Tree, restaurants, etc. are just a short drive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time, the house was perfectly clean when we arrived. It’s in a very nice neighborhood. It is a block and a half from the beach we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.A few times we needed to speak to the property manager. They normally responded within an hour or two.We will definitely be back.

Ocean Shore Drive is Great

Staying in this excellent and well maintained brought back childhood memories of old Florida. My wife and i enjoyed this home, very well furnished and access to all features. Beds slept well too.

Fantastic location

Overall, this was a great place to stay! It was clean, all all supplies needed where available, including beach chairs, kitchen items, etc and the fenced yard is a plus. The location was amazing - very close to the beach, restaurants and amenities. The only minor issue we had was the shower pressure wasn't great. We would definitely recommend it!

Amazing dog friendly stay

Loved that this property was a walk to the ocean or a walk to the river. We stayed here for a week for an 80th birthday celebration nearby and it was perfect for us! We hope to stay here again sometime as we come to the area to visit family every couple of years.
