Villa Gemelo del Sol is located in the gated Pajaro de Fuego in the tranquil and peaceful north end of Sayulita. The open floor plan is an ideal space for friends and family that feels like a world away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Spacious fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with marble counter-tops. Kitchen includes flat-top electric stove, oven, coffee-maker. blender, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of prep space! The floor plan is open and perfect for entertaining. Cable TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, daily cleaning and concierge services are included in this rental.

Each bedroom has brand new bedding, linens and towels. The master bedroom has a large in-suite bathroom, air conditioning, double sinks, a large king-size bed and balcony. The second bedroom has two newly reupholstered king-sized beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and large walk-in closet.

Extremely spacious deck with gorgeous ocean views and amazing sunsets! Relax in the lounge chairs under the new large sun umbrella or under the wood pergola roof and it is just steps away from the very large and peaceful infinity pool! Our unit is also one of the few units that has elevator access (there are 15 steps to get to the elevator). Take the beach chairs and beach umbrella and enjoy the ambiance of the uncrowded north end beach or walk to town and enjoy the daily activity of town and the main beach.

Fantastic Outdoor Amenities

Spacious condo, very suitable for 4 adults (plus toddler). Terrace and view are the two major highlights of this unit. Close to a number of restaurants/takeout and also great to eat on the terrace.Take note, there is a steep ramp plus 30 steps to elevator.Ezequil was very responsive to all of our needs.

Close to wedding venue

Loved hearing the ocean and being able to sea some waves as well as ocean view. We got used to the walk up the drive. Security and all staff super friendly.

Great Location in Sayulita

The views, location and grounds were beautiful. Our host Ezequiel and Chelsea were helpful at check in and with transportation. Arrival to the location was difficult for our Uber driver to locate, but Ezequiel was able to assist. the furnishings in the Condo were worn down and the TV was difficult to use, but we didn't spend much time inside anyway. The pool was amazing and the coffee shop was perfect.

Amazing view!

We spent 4 weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We chose it for the view and the location and weren't disappointed. Spent many hours on the deck looking out over the ocean, sipping coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening, watching whales and beautiful sunsets. The condo was a nice size and had what we needed. Property management was very responsive as was the owner when any issues arose. The maid service was nice to have when we wanted it. The location is great - just a few minutes walk to the lovely north beach and Las Sirenas Beach Club for great drinks and lounger/umbrella rentals if you want although chairs and umbrella come with the condo. The pool at the condo complex was a nice alternative with comfy loungers and umbrellas. Yes, the walk up to the condo gets the heart rate up but we needed the exercise. The walk into town is easy and safe - we didn't rent a golf cart although I understand why families with kids would. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Fabulous stay at Pajaro de Fuego

From the first day checking in to our last day, it was a fantastic vacation in Sayulita. The owner recommended a private Airport transportation option that worked extremely well and the company is based in Sayulita. The condo is exactly as pictured. Well stocked, everything you could ever need, beds were extremely comfortable. The views are spectacular. The balcony was our favorite place. The pool is very nice and refreshing or you could head to the other end for a warmer swim. Thanks to Chelsea, Adrian, Vanessa, Dolores (who helped us keep the place clean) and all staff at Pajaro de Fuego. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. All questions answered in a timely fashion. Keep in mind that because the complex is located at the north (quieter) end of Sayulita, it is a bit of a treck to walk up the hill, the driveway and the stairs to get to the elevator. We did get our workout. Perhaps rent a golf cart for your stay. As indicated in a previous review, we did experience some loud music coming from the complex next door. However, did not impact our stay. Sayulita is a beautiful little town. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Centro, where you will find numerous restaurants - all good. We did not have a bad meal during our stay. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach. Should we ever decide to visit Sayulita again, we would not hesitate to return to this condo. Thanks again!!

Vanessa and Eziquiel were great on site hosts. They were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The owner Craig also responded quickly when we had questions about amenities. We were especially happy with the beach chairs and beach umbrellas that were provided. They were in great condition and plenty of beach towels available. Air conditioning worked great. We requested housekeeping service on two days and they did a great job.

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The views are just as good as the pictures show and being a little bit north out of town it was nice to have some peace and quiet but still be a 2 to 3 minute golf cart ride away from the city center. Very nice open concept floor plan. The best part was our Property Manager. Chelsea helped us set up transport from the airport, getting a golf cart and finding a good surf instructor in town. Will be back!

Great stay at Parajo de Fuego

Our stay was amazing. The condo was even bigger than I expected and the view from the large deck was unbeatable. We had a great experience with the host, she was very thorough and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and A/C worked no issue. Lots of cute restaurants nearby and main town area was a short walk away. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great views, great service, quiet side of town

We had a great time at this property. The town of Sayulita was a bit busier than we expected. This property was on the north side of town with. a strip of its own restaurants nearby that offered a quieter and more relaxed vibe. We were grateful for the golf cart we rented, it’s a bit of a walk to the main area and helpful in getting to the various beaches. The views at this property are amazing, we slept with the door open and could hear the waves at night. The staff is also great, quick to respond and helpful in every way. I would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend a golf cart for ease of getting around but the taxi was cheap as well. Place was clean and exactly like the pictures.

Better than advertised

We had not stayed in the North side of Sayulita before and we loved it close to town but quieter. The condo was large, comfortable and obviously well taken care of. The view is spectacular and you can see and hear the waves from the beach. The deck is large for sunning and dining. The pool is right downstairs for a quick dip or to lounge. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook or fix snacks. The grounds are extremely clean and well maintained. Everyone we ran into was friendly and helpful and knew what they were doing from the gate keeper to housekeeper. Chelsea and Adrian were in charge of check in and out which they made seamless. Chelsea also graciously allowed us a later check out because of our flight time. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again it was great and relaxing stay.

Beautiful location of this condo. Absolutely fantastic views. Lovely pool. The North side is not far. Walk or golf cart in to town was easy. Full kitchen was very convenient. We were all very glad that we took the time to stop at the big box store for groceries. There were a few days that the neighbors place just south of the condo complex were very inconsiderate in opening up all their windows and blasting obnoxious music very loud. (Not much that could honestly be done about that.) It just sort of killed the mellow & relaxed vibe of listening to the crashing waves. also . . . Lesson learned; be sure to coordinate and confirm all airport transportation. We did have a little snafoo, that could have ended disastrous.

Better than expectations

This property is perfectly placed in a quiet end of town but a nice walk into Sayulita, where more of the action takes place. A beach is located nearby if you do not want to go to the town's main beach and it is nice and quiet to enjoy also. The pool is fantastic on the property. The balcony views cannot be beat. Best spot to see sunset and enough space to wake up and practice yoga or have your group enjoy a meal together outside. The apartment itself was clean and a great space to land between going out to enjoy Sayulita's town centre and surfing/holiday activities outside. The property management team ladies were exceptional at helping and giving great suggestions about things to do, where to eat and taking care of any needs. We will be back! Cannot recommend this enough. The housekeeping staff is also wonderful. Other people staying in the condos were quiet, respectful but also friendly. We enjoyed the space, pool, wifi, ammenities, condo security and more. Thank you so much I already miss it! It was perfect for 2 couples.

Overall suite was very nice with a million dollar views. Property was well managed and maintainted. Pool was a real highlight! Walk to town was 10 minutes - and easily done by our family with children under age 10.

We visited Sayulita during the winter of 2016 and fell in love. We came back and visited again in the spring and bought this unit in the amazing Pajaro de Fuego complex.
