Centrally located, the property is just across the road from the beach, it is a rear apartment on the ground floor, so no sea views but also offers a little more privacy and quiet, it's well suited for those who cannot use stairs.



This lovely unit features three bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with reverse cycle air conditioning. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for those wanting to cook their own meals. Rest assured there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby if cooking isn't your thing!



From the property the IGA is only just around the corner and a very short walk to the main street, and also the large shopping complex - Victor Central.

Granite Island is reachable by foot and is only a short walk up the path through the Memorial Gardens. Be sure to check out the new Tuna Pen and Fairy Penguin Tours.



Best of all are the nearby parks on the Esplanade. They have a large playground which is perfect for the kids, and numerous BBQ facilities which are free.

it was just like home

everything was good, we enjoyed every minute of our holiday from ringing up to book the apartment till the day we left. It was just like walking into our own home, everything that was needed for cooking, cleaning and bedding was there with the exception of needing to bring our own linen, but it was only sheets, towels,pillow slips and tea towels we needed to bring. If only we had known this before arriving with all our bedding. we could not have asked for a better location, just over the road from the beach, we could hear the waves crashing from our bedroom windows of a night and it was only 5-10 minutes to walk into the town center or the tourist information center. the only problems we found were the tricky car parks for the apartments, the toilet bathroom and laundry being in the same room and the beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but hey the price we paid to stay 10 nights, we couldn't have been more happy and who wants to stay in a modern "show house" when you can stay in a place that's like home
