About this property

Serendip at Culburra

Serndip is a comfortable fifties beach house which retains that old fashioned relaxed holiday charm, but with newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. It has just been painted and decorated and all beds are new and of hotel quality.

From the large rear deck, which has a BBQ, are uninterrupted views of Lake Wollumboola. There is a huge backyard for the kids to play in.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the main ocean beach and lake, and 7 minutes to Tilbury Cove beach. There is a corner shop at the end of the street.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the other with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is also another main bathroom for the house.

The deck flows out from the kitchen and dining area, and there is a separate sitting room with CD/DVD player and TV. There is a laundry with washer & dryer, and also an outside shower just perfect for when you come back from the beach.

What makes this property unique

This original 1950s holiday house has been decorated to provide the relaxed feel of old-fashioned holidays, so you feel you've really got away from it all. Bathrooms and kitchen has been renovated, but the furnishings and decor are relaxed coastal style. This is not a minimalist all-white home. There's even a screened private outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim.
