Perfect for what we needed

Everything went smoothly with check-in and the accommodation was what we needed for "in between" moving out of our home to move interstate while all the final pack up etc was done.

Perfect for what we needed

Place was tidy. Car park was a bit tight for us. Good location. A few maintenance issues required that I’m happy to share if you want to know.

Nice place

Apartment is renovated, nice and clean. Location easy to access public transport and supermarket. Only drawback is the aircon which is installed in living room. Cooling can hardly reach bedrooms.

Clean and comfortable

The unit was everything we needed for our stay in Parramatta. It was lovely, apart from the clunkiness of having to meet with a Property Manager to complete additional paperwork, which could have been done before we arrived. We had a busy weekend planned and had to fit this in. It was not as seamless as booking through AirBNB. Other than that, the unit was well appointed, but with hard beds.

Kiley Glad that you enjoyed the apartment. As for the "clunkiness ", we need to protect your cc card from possible fraudulent use. We have to check IDs prior to us handing over keys. I am sorry that we may have taken up some of your time at check in. Thank you for leaving the apartment in a clean condition. Happy to have you stay with us again. Warm regards Basil

This property is as it looks on the website

It was nothing special, but clean, the manager was polite and was there when she said she would be, and it met our needs for our short stay for events at Homebush. The large Coles supermarket was very close by, and there was a wide array of eating and takeaway options. Only down side was there wasn't anywhere near enough warm bedding for our family of four.
