We live in Indiana but have grown to love south Florida. We researched the gulf coast for months looking for the perfect place when this condo came available. We bought in on the first day within hours of the first listing. It was exactly what we were looking for. Updated, tastefully decorated and incredible views. The front lanai overlooks the Gulf and the back deck overlooks Estero Bay. The top floor is view is the most desirable for a good reason. Please call if you have any questions.
Why they chose this property
The weather in Bonita Springs speaks for itself, but this location is awesome. We've been coming to Bonita Springs for years and we know the area well. The prime units in Bonita Beach club rarely come available, and when this one did, we bought it immediately. BBC has the largest pool on Little Hickory island and it's kept at a perfect 86 degrees. The pool is only 10 feet from the beach. There are fenced two tennis courts directly on the beach. For kids through adults, this location has everything. The condo has wifi remote controlled HVAC, lighting and security.
