Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was conveniently located was an option for windy days. The umbrellas at the beach club were not able to be up if wind was gusting so the pool was a better option during the bright days.
Andy's place was just what we needed for our family of four for spring break. The setup and location are great and Andy had everything that we needed to cook, relax, hit the beach/pool and more. We loved spending time on the screened in porch. Furnishings were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Only suggestion for improvement would be blackout curtains on the windows in the bedrooms for maximum darkness.
It was lovely to be welcomed by a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Nice unit, great lanai and amenities. Shuttle and private beach with chairs, umbrellas and a clubhouse was one of the reasons we booked this unit. Want to come back.
We had a wonderful stay. Our host was very helpful and prompt in response. We have been in Wild Pines before and find it to be very welcoming and comfortable. Thank you! We plan to return.
Welcoming and helpful host. Dealt with queries swiftly. Well equipped apartment and great amenities linked to the Bonita Bay beach club. Beautiful area to have a vacation. Would recommend.
This was a great location in Bonita Springs. The place was nicely decorated, clean & had everything we needed, including all the amenities for a day at the beach! Would definitely stay there again.
We’ve been coming to visit for many years in many different condos in this community and this was our favorite condo to stay at! Looking forward to coming back soon.
Annual girls trip to beach. The shuttle to beach was well planned and drivers were great. With the private beach closed for construction the alternate beach plan was great.
Wonderful condo stocked with everything to make our stay easy. Great views from lanai and the shuttle bus was easy. The adjustments at the beach club made a visit to the beach easy. Can’t wait to return
It was as advertised. The Condo was very well stocked. The Beach shuttle service was perfect also the service at the beach. We would like to come again.
Very nice property in a fantastic location. The screened in patio was great, though much of our stay was too cool to be out there. The beach facilities were destroyed by hurricane Ian, but they are using portable bathrooms (not porta-johns) and food trucks, so it’s OK. The golf course you can walk to is private.
Clean and well equipped apartment with partial views over golf course. Quick response to queries from owner and on check-in he messaged to check everything was ok. We jokingly replied that there wasn’t a kettle for us Brits to make a cup of tea. He turned up with a brand new kettle within half an hour. Much appreciated. Very convenient location for restaurants and shopping. Beach park currently under construction but we used the beach shuttle bus to Lover’s Key where beach chairs and umbrellas are available. This worked well for us.
After driving 1250 miles, when we got to the condo anote was left stating the private beach is cosed thru rest of the year, May 6 the roof tear off and replace will start. (21 condos under one roof so it is sizable.) Must park away from building for this. We are in our 70s and my wife is handicapped. walks with a cane and support of my arm. A huge crane sat an ran in front of our condo for the full duration May 6-21 of our vacation. We could not use the screened porch due to the dust from the tearoff of roof. We sat out there the first evening of the tearoff of roof and next morn both of us had raspy voice. In checking, we found layers of roofing dust on table and chairs and debris on outer rail of the porc which the wind blew in. The HUGE crane started every morning at 7:30 and ran constantly until 5:00 pm every day but Sunday. I talked to our host Andy Sullivan to complain after our first day. After complaining that he should have notified us of the beach close and THE ROOF TEAR OFF so we could have cancelled and found somethin else. The HOA notified the residents early APRIL so we definitely would have not rentedthat condo. Andy Sullivan finally said "yes, Ishould have informed you and I'm sorry ?? WE stayed in Bonita Bay last May and like all the inclusive amenities that we enjoyed. To add insult to injury, the last two days of our vacation, the Crane was still outside our porch and they also started to tear off the roof right next door. We did not get any relief

I am sorry that the tenants did not enjoy their vacation. Our beach alternative shuttle to Lover’s Key and Doc’s beachside restaurant is a great alternative as we build a new Bonita Bay Beach Park (due to open in December 2024). The roof replacement was more disruptive than expected, but if the tenant wanted to they could have moved to some other location and I would have given a refund of unused days. Instead, they stayed the whole 21 days without requesting a refund and then asked for money back. At that point we did not agree on the appropriate amount to account for the roofing disruption, thus the harsh review.
This condo has everything you will need. It was spacious and well cared for. It has partial views of the golf course which was very nice. Andrew responded quickly to any questions we had.
Girls trip to beach was great. Condo was perfect and the shuttle to the beach was convenient. Having chairs and umbrellas make beach visits so much easier
We were at Wild Pines for 2 weeks. Loved
the condo floor plan. It was just my husband
and me, but, the place would be perfect for
two couples. Absolutely no complaints. Thanks
