The condo was conveniently located at the base of Peak 8. The option to stop in mid day to give the kids a rest was perfect. Very comfortable stay.

House had several maintenance issues that should be taken care of. Several light fixtures were not properly secured to ceiling and had exposed wires. Otherwise, was a fine stay. With regular upkeep, this could be a nice property.

Great stay for our ski trip

This condo is a true ski-in/ski-out rental! It’s a short walk across the building to find the slopes, and the ski lockers help so we didn't have to haul our gear everywhere. The condo has plenty of beds to fit a larger group, but it could get a little crammed if you’re spending all your time in there. Check in was super easy and we were provided with 2 parking passes in their garage area. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for a ski trip with all your friends!

We had 9 friends (2 couples, 5 singles) stay here for 4 nights and loved it. The location on Peak 8 was great. We went skiiing and snowboarding for three days and enjoyed the hot tub each night. We didn’t feel crowded in the condo at all. The ski locker was also convenient and it easily fit 6 snowboards and 3 pairs of skis. Thank you to Skiwatch for also giving us a 3rd parking pass since our group had 3 cars. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great summer stay

Both Karla and Ascher (the property manager) were extremely helpful our entire trip. Had 11 guys there for a vacation and had a great time taking the gondola to town and exploring the hills behind our condo. Very few people in august and had no problem parking or getting anywhere we needed to go in Breckinridge. Now just need to come back during season!

You cannot beat the location of this ski in ski out. It sits on the slope and has lockers on the level that you ski in and out. This place was great. Loved it! Will come back for sure!

The location of this complex is just excellent. Ski right down to the Colorado and Rocky Mountain lifts, a true ski-in/ ski-out place. Karla was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and will stay here again.

Great location! Ski in/out was what we loved about this condo! Spacious and accommodating.

Overall everything was easily accessible, other than a very bad leak above the kitchen sink which I know that the property seems to be working on there is also a bathroom shower door and the upper room that would not close well.

Great location with wildlife!

We all really enjoyed the condo and it’s layout. It’s conveniently located near the base of Peak 8, which allowed for a good starting location for hiking, easy access to the restaurants and bars at the base, easy gondola access to downtown, etc. We enjoyed the hot tubs as well as the grills where we cooked steak and potatoes one night. Certainly one of the highlights was the kids seeing a black bear walk right under our balcony one night, only to have three moose walk right under our balcony 2 nights later.

good location needs a few things repaired and replaced

management was prompt and helpful the place needs some repairs: rail on spiral staircase is loose ceiling fan in one room runs all the time needs pull chain replaced. Very hard to fix meals in the kitchen as it needs pots and pans replaced, more mixing bowls silverware spoons cereal bowls beds are just ok new mattresses would be appreciated.

Fantastic!!

The condo we rented was amazing! It was clean, had everything we needed. You literally walk out and are on the slopes. The hot tub was also a big plus! The only negative was the TV in one of the bedrooms was really old and outdated.
