Wonderful

We stayed at Governor's Green it was a great location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our unit was very clean, updated furniture in common areas, kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. Bathroom fixtures are a bit outdated, shower door difficult to close. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

We never got the code/key from the host. We never stayed here. We could not get a hold of the owner

DO NOT STAY HERE. WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. Our credit card was charged in April, and "Michael ", the host, would not give us access instructions to the property on the day of our arrival, so we couldn't get in. We never stayed here. We contacted VRBO and after over 2 hours of being on hold off and on, they offered to put us up at a hotel, and they did make a reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn, but the credit card they used to make the reservation was declined!! Good grief. We had a wedding the next day and this whole thing made life very inconvenient. Pretty sure we will not use VRBO again, but will be sure to tell everyone we know about our experience.

Perfect family getaway

We came here to visit out Marine and his family. We were overwhelmed by the beauty and hospitality of the place. My older son and his family also got to come over and enjoy the condo. We enjoyed the wildlife that was often seen. Would highly recommend this fabulous condo to everyone.

First time to the area, and it was a great experience. This was a family vacation, so the amusement parks were the the theme of this trip. Positive interaction with the property manager, even included a free upgrade for us. The room met all our expectations.

Like the overall size of the unit. Furnishings were arranged in a very comfortable manner. Location to resort facilities was very good. Location to Williamsburg sites, activities, golf courses, and restaurants was excellent.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The room was VERY clean, which exceeded our expectations! Only issue (very minor) was the dishwasher left a powdery film on the dishes. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved it!

Lots to do even with restrictions due to pandemic. Kids were busy and walking the neighborhood was nice. Close to parks for bike riding was super convenient!

Review

Our family had a great time at Club Wyndam. We were thankful that the pool was opened and the flexibility in the staff’s desire to accommodate their guests. But we would have enjoyed being able to use the work out room and game room and could have easily disinfected the area before & after we were done. The playground could have also been made available to children instead of being tied up with caution tape. As paying guests, we should have the option to use the facilities “at your own risk”. Those who are afraid of being contaminated are not going to use public equipment anyway. Many thanks to all the service people who are working hard in this time of craziness.
