Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place trash cans at the end of the driveway
Place sheets and towels in the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a $75/day fee to use the pool heater from Oct 1 to April 1
an additional $300 per person per night will be charged for any groups that exceed 10 people.
