Our ''Savannah'' log home is a 2 bedroom/2 bath log home, approximately 1200 sq. ft., sitting just 500 yds from beautiful Table Rock Lake on the scenic Peninsula of Indian Point. Conveniently located just 8 miles west of Branson's 76 Music Blvd, and 1.5 traffic free miles from Silver Dollar City. This quiet and peaceful 'home away from home' offers all the comforts of home at a budget friendly price.

It features an open living room, kitchen and dining area with hardwood floors throughout. The living room has a 32'' flat screen TV with DVD and VCR, 2 wing back chairs, sofa sleeper, and imported Persian area rug. The adjoining dining area and adjacent kitchen are fully equipped with full size appliances: refrigerator with ice maker,glass top stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and island with double stainless steel sink.

In the master bedroom you'll enjoy a king bed with a pillow top mattress, large walk-in closet, armoire, antique marble topped dresser and nightstands also with marble tops, 22'' flat screen TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow top mattress and 22'' flat screen.

The Savannah has central heat and air conditioning for all the comforts of home.


Spacious front and back decks are perfect for lounging and charcoal grilling. Private parking is provided directly in front of the home. Watch the deer from the back deck as the sun sets behind the beautiful Ozark Hills overlooking Table Rock Lake.

We all had great fun at this cabin. It was cosy, clean, equipped with all that we needed for our 4 night stay. The back deck was lovely and Cornhole boards had been supplied which led to some competitive matches! Communication with the owners was excellent. Would highly recommend!

The house is just like in pictures. The location is very good. It was very clean. The beds are comfortable. Mr. Steve lives in the area so he is there to help you if you need to know any thing about the area. He allowed me to take my 3 small dogs. I would rent this house again if I go back to Branson.

This place is perfect. We didn't want to leave.

We spent a lot if time searching for a place to stay that could accommodate a larger sized dog without all the stipulations and this place was perfect. We enjoyed seeing the family of deer in the back yard and walking to the lake. Steve checked on us daily to make sure we had all we needed. We felt at home and had a wonderful time. We will make this place our first choice for future Branson trips. Thank you Steve for the hospitality and for making us feel welcomed.

We have stayed here several times because since we found this gem we don't stay any where else when in Branson!! The amenities are outstanding. Just bring your clothes & groceries if you want to cook, everything else is there! The McGinness' are fantastic hosts! At Christmas a beautifully decorated tree greets us, the cabin is beautifully decorated in a very homey feeling! Plenty of room for everyone with 2 bedrooms, & 2 baths, a sleeper sofa, full size dining table & not a little skimpy one, it is a beautiful wooden one. And there is always a special touch! I can not say enough about this place! Large back deck & big yard, picnic table on the front porch. Close to SDC which avoids all the traffic! Oh & did I mention the price,....great value!!

It was our first time in Branson. The McGinnis Family were great with communication. The cabin was so cute! Some extras that made me happy were the super soft bath towels, oscillation fans and tv in each room. (I need both to sleep) And they also welcomed our dogs! Very, very nice experience. Home away from home

We needed a place to stay while our house was being painted. We needed a yard where we could walk our dogs and a place with excellent tv service. This place fit our needs to a tee. No steps to negotiate. Front door parking to get our things in and out. Spacious yard where we could walk our dogs around. Plenty of room to spread out and a very attentive landlord.

This is the perfect location. It was close to several attractions. But was in a quiet area with privacy. The backyard was beautiful we even had a few deer visit. The house was cleaned and had everything we needed for the week plus a few games. The host were great. They recommended some great places to eat and made sure we enjoyed our visit. We will differently stay again.
